Definition

Cut-Off - this is the "soft" cut-off. For an Average of 5, one of your first two solves must be under the given time in order to complete the solve. For a Mean of 3, your first solve must be under the given time. If this is not the case, then you cannot complete your average/mean.

Time Limit - This is the "hard" cut-off. You must complete your solve under the given time or else you will be stopped and given a DNF (Did Not Finish) for this solve. This rule applies to all solves of a specific event, whether it be the first or last solve of an average/mean.

Cost

Registration is Rp100,000 for each competitor (there is no extra fee per event). Registration will be $10 for foreign cuber (from outside Indonesia). Foreign cuber who settles in Indonesia and have Indonesian bank account may do the payment with it.

Spectators get in free. Walk in competitors are allowed before 10 a.m. within the competition day. There is a 150 competitor limit for this competition.

Starting November 20th 2017 and will be closed on February 19th 2018 (GMT+7).

Payment Instruction

The steps for registration are as follows:
1. Register here.
2. If you have registered correctly, you will receive an email telling you that you are on the waiting list.
3. Your registration is not complete until you've paid. If you have not paid within several weeks of registering, we will send you a reminder via email.
4. Once you received the email, pay the registration fee using the PayPal button below. Make sure to include the competition and competitor name in the note!
5. Once we have confirmed the correct payment, we will manually approve your registration. This means that once you have paid you might not be accepted immediately, however all above steps must be followed.

It usually will only take a few hours to confirm after you've completed the payment.

If you have competed before, make sure you're WCA ID is connected to the WCA account you signed up with. Your registration will not be approved until you connect your WCA ID. See the FAQ for more information.

If you can no longer attend, let us know as soon as possible through the contact link on the General Info page. We often have waiting lists so letting us know you cannot attend allows us to add another person to the competition.

Registration fees refund policy

1. Withdraw from the competition before February 10th 2018: 100% refund of registration fees. (this is not including transfer fee)
2. Competitor who have completed registration but not able to participate due to the limit: 100% refund of registration fees.
3. Withdraw after the payment deadline: No refund
4. Incomplete registration: No refund

Biaya

Semua pembayaran akan dilakukan sebelum kompetisi (early bird), tidak ada pembayaran di tempat (on the spot). Biaya Rp100.000 dikenakan untuk semua event, untuk peserta dari luar negeri akan dikenakan biaya $10.

Pembayaran dibuka pada 20 November 2017. Tenggat waktu (deadline) untuk menyelesaikan proses pembayaran adalah pada tanggal 19 Februari 2018 pukul 18.00 WIB. Registrasi yang terlambat tidak akan diproses.

Limit (batas) kompetitor untuk kompetisi ini adalah: 150 orang

Proses registrasi:

1. Mendaftar di website WCA.
2. Membayar biaya registrasi ke rekening BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA 721001001817501 (Atas Nama: Yusuf Abdul Qohhar)
3. Kemudian kirim bukti pembayaran, Nama Lengkap ke email abdulqohharyusuf@gmail.com atau WhatsApp: +62 898-9907-547.
4. Untuk peserta yang pertama kali mengikuti kompetisi, mohon lampirkan juga foto Kartu identitas Anda (KTP, SIM, Kartu Pelajar, KK, dll.) yang menyatakan dengan jelas Nama, Kewarganegaraan, serta Tanggal Lahir Anda (kirim juga ke email abdulqohharyusuf@gmail.com atau WhatsApp: +62 898-9907-547).
5. Registrasi Anda dianggap selesai ketika kami menerima email/pesan WhatsApp Anda. Kami akan mengonfirmasi email tersebut setelah kami menerimanya.
6. Kami akan meng-approve registrasi Anda di website WCA dalam kurun waktu 24 Jam setelah konfirmasi email/WhatsApp tersebut (Jika limit kompetitor belum tercapai).
7. Apabila Anda tidak melihat nama Anda di website WCA dalam kurun waktu 24 jam, mohon informasikan kami melalui email/WhatsApp.
8. Apabila Anda sudah membayar registrasi namun ternyata limit kompetitor sudah terpenuhi, maka kami tidak bisa mengikutsertakan Anda, namun Anda boleh tetap hadir untuk menyaksikan kompetisi.

Kebijakan pengembalian uang registrasi:

1. Mengundurkan diri sebelum tanggal 10 Februari 2018: pengembalian uang (refund) 100% dari biaya registrasi (belum termasuk potongan transaksi antar bank jika ada).
2. Kompetitor yang sudah melengkapi registrasi namun tidak dapat berpartisipasi karena limit kompetitor: pengembalian uang (refund) sebanyak 100% dari biaya registrasi (belum termasuk potongan transaksi antar bank jika ada).
3. Mengundurkan diri setelah tenggat pembayaran: Tidak ada refund.
4. Registrasi yang tidak lengkap: Tidak ada refund.

Green Pramuka Square, MoYu Cube, Deer Cube, Balam Cubes, and iCube Sablon88 will be sponsoring this competition.

1st place in all events: gold medal, winning certificate, MoYu cube, prize money (Indonesian Rupiah)
2nd place in all events: silver medal, winning certificate, MoYu cube, prize money (Indonesian Rupiah)
3rd place in all events: bronze medal, winning certificate, MoYu cube, prize money (Indonesian Rupiah)

All competitor have a chance to win giveaway or lucky prize cubes from MoYu Cube.

The competition will be held at the Main Atrium of Green Pramuka Square, Jakarta.

There will be seating for both competitors and spectators.

Transportation

Parking space available for both car and motorcycle.

We advise competitors and spectators to arrive by TransJakarta Bus as the bus shelter (Halte Kayu Putih Rawasari) is near to the venue.
