There is a competitor limit of 80 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is Rp100,000 (Indonesian Rupiah).
If your registration is cancelled before Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at 12:00 AM UTC you will be refunded 70% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at 12:00 AM UTC.
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until Sunday, February 18, 2024 at 12:00 AM UTC by contacting the organization team.
On the spot registrations will be accepted with a base registration fee of Rp175,000 (Indonesian Rupiah).
Any spectator can attend for free.

Registration procedure for Jawa Timur Open 2024 :

Early Bird Registration:

1. Register on the WCA website (between 10 January - 14 February 2024).
2. Pay the registration fee to the bank account listed.
3. Send proof of payment by including the participant's full name, Number of event(s) and the name of the bank account owner who paid to the contact message listed via whatsapp. (Example : Fauzan Rafi Amrullah_ 8 Event_ Fauzan Rafi)
4. Registration completed, and see you in Malang

Registration after February 14 can be done at the day of competition (on the competition venue) if the competitor
slots are still available. Registration fee for on the spot registration is IDR 175,000 for all events.

The on the spot registration deadline will be 15 minutes before each event starts (for example, if you want to compete on 3x3, you must register on Sunday 08.30 at the latest)

Tata cara registrasi Jawa Timur Open 2024 :

1. Mendaftar di website WCA (antara 10 Januari - 14 Februari 2024).

4. Registrasi selesai, dan sampai jumpa di malang

On the Spot Registration:

Pendaftaran setelah tanggal 14 Februari dapat dilakukan pada hari kompetisi (di lokasi perlombaan) jika slot peserta masih tersedia. Biaya pendaftaran om the spot adalah Rp 175.000 untuk semua event

Batas waktu pendaftaran on the spot adalah 15 menit sebelum setiap cabang/event dimulai (misalnya jika ingin mengikuti cabang/event 3x3, maka Anda harus mendaftar paling lambat pada hari Minggu pukul 08.30)
