All newcomers are required to read WCA First-time Competitor Guide document to familiarize yoruself of the popular WCA regulations used to govern WCA competitions. Additionally, please watch this competitor tutorial by WCA Delegate Kit Clement of the USA.

REGISTRATION DETAILS:
Even though this is a free cube competition, you still need to secure your slot via payment-first system. The registration fee is Php 300.00, good for ALL EVENTS/PUZZLES. If you fail to attend the competition, you cannot REFUND the registration fee. Thus, attendance is a must.
If you wish to register as walk-in, you MUST BE PAYING Php 150 for registration.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
