Early bird:

4 December - 20 December 2024
Participating in all events: BDT 350

Late bird:

20 December - 30 December 2024
Participating in all events: BDT 400

Spot Registration:

3 January 2025
Participating in all events: BDT 450

• The payments must be made in the specified duration to be part of a specific category (Early Bird or Late Bird).
• Registering on a certain duration on the website without payment would not make one a part of that category, the duration in which payment is made, is the designated category for the competitor.

If the limit is reached, a waiting list will be started. During this period, if someone cancels their registration, the first person (51st person) to pay from the waiting list while the registrations are open will be approved.

If someone pays but can't be approved due to the limit being reached, then the competitor might have a chance of getting approved if someone who is in the approved list cancels their registration. Otherwise, the unapproved person would be refunded 100% of the registration fee after the competition.

Steps to pay with Bkash

Pay With Your Personal Bkash Account

Using Bkash USSD service (*247#)

1. Go To Bkash Menu by dialing *247#
2. Choose option 1 from the menu.
3. Enter Personal Number 01959620743 (Golam Mostafa Nipu) , or 01946964126 (Mushfique Azad).
4. Enter your Total Registration Fee with Bkash Charge.
5. Enter your personal contact number on Reference.
6. Enter your Menu Pin to Confirm the Payment.
7. Send your TrxID (or Trans ID) in a SMS to the number you have sent money to.The text must include - Participant's Name, Participants Personal Mobile Number and the TrxID (or Trans ID).

Using the Bkash App

1. Log into your Bkash account.
2. Select Send Money.
3. Enter Personal Number 01959620743 (Golam Mostafa Nipu) , or 01946964126 (Mushfique Azad)..
4. Enter your Total Registration Fee with Bkash Charge.
5. Enter your personal contact number on Reference.
6. Enter your Menu Pin to Confirm the Payment.
7. Send your TrxID (or Trans ID) in a SMS to the number you have sent money to.The text must include - Participant's Name, Participant's Personal Mobile Number and the TrxID (or Trans ID).

PAYMENT PROCEDURE IF YOU DON'T HAVE A BKASH ACCOUNT

1. Go to your nearest Bkash Agent shop.
2. Tell him to Cash-In into a personal number.
3. Use either of the following numbers: 01959620743 (Golam Mostafa Nipu) , or 01946964126 (Mushfique Azad).
4. Tell him to cash-in your Total Registration Fee with Bkash Charge. দোকানদাররা এইটাকে "খরচ" বলে থাকে।
5. Get the TrxID from the agent.
6. Send your TrxID (or Trans ID) in a SMS to the number you have sent money to.The text must include - Participant's Name, Participant's Personal Mobile Number and the TrxID (or Trans ID).

Any requested changes to registration before the deadline will be honored. Your registration is not complete until your name shows up on the list. If you believe you paid and your name isn't showing up, please contact us

• Bkash Charge is 2% of the whole amount. Simply multiply your total registration fee by 1.02 to get the final payable amount.

Registration won't be complete if you pay less than the required amount!

New Competitors

If you are a new competitor, it is important that you are familiar with the Regulations. We have a video that explains the competing procedure which we recommend to watch before attending:.

New competitors must bring some form of ID to show at the competition to confirm the name, the country they wish to compete for, and the date of birth registered with. The usual items of ID that people bring are Passports, National ID card, Birth Certificates, Driver's Licenses, etc. As long as it has your name, date of birth, and country, then it will be fine.

Information for All Competitors

1. Please help judge! As a competitor, your judging assignments are the absolute minimum you should be doing to help out. As second rounds, third rounds and finals have no assigned judges, we really need people to help out whenever available for these. If you are directly asked to judge, please go and judge for the remainder of the round in progress. If you do not comply then we are within our rights to disqualify you from the competition as per Regulation 1e2. If you're a parent you can also get involved with running and judging, it's really easy!
2. Please note that Carbon-Fiber puzzles are not permitted, and please make sure your cube complies with logo regulations!
3. When you are competing and have handed in your puzzle, please make sure to be waiting in the designated area so that judges and runners do not have to come searching for you.
4. Please DO NOT talk about the scrambles or your solutions whilst the round is in progress as per Regulation 2g3.
5. During blindfolded events, please stay silent within the venue. These events require a high amount of concentration and any noise can be distracting. We will announce when the silence will begin and when you may talk within the venue again.
6. No flash photography under any circumstance within the venue. It is extremely distracting for competitors.
7. If you are a spectator, please stay 1.5m away from competitors at all times as per Regulation 7b. If you are filming someone competing, please stay out of the competitor area.
8. Please treat the venue with respect, put all of your rubbish in bins or take it home with you and keep your area tidy.
9. There are thousands of puzzles at these events, make sure to keep yours together so you don't lose them! Keeping them in a bag and looking after it at all times is recommended. If you do lose a puzzle, please contact us at the link on the General Info page, it is likely that someone has handed it in to us.
10. We will be taking videos and photographs of the competition and the environment for our social media page Cubing Bangladesh and MetaMaterials Club of KUET . By attending the competition as a competitor or a guest, you are accepting that you may be filmed or photographed for these purposes.

From Railway Station to venue :
1)Hire Mahendra/CNG for KUET. Fare will be 35 BDT per person
2) You can walk to the venue. It takes 10-15 minutes Or you can take rickshaw from KUET main gate to the venue. Fare will be 10-20 BDT.

From Shibbari to venue :
1) Hire Mahendra/CNG for KUET. Fare will be 30 BDT per person
2) You can walk to the venue. It takes 10-15 minutes Or you can take rickshaw from KUET main gate to the venue. Fare will be 10-20 BDT.

From Sonadanga Bus Stand to Venue :
1) Hire an auto rickshaw for Shibbari More. Fare will be 5 BDT per person.
2) Hire Mahendra/CNG for KUET. Fare will be 30 BDT per person
3) You can walk to the venue. It takes 10-15 minutes Or you can take rickshaw from KUET main gate to the venue. Fare will be 10-20 BDT
