There is a competitor limit of 90 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is ₩6,000 (South Korean Won).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Friday, December 3, 2021 at 10:00 AM UTC.
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until Friday, December 3, 2021 at 10:00 AM UTC by contacting the organization team.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Spectators can attend paying an entry fee of ₩10,000 (South Korean Won).

대회 참가비: 순천만국가정원 입장료 2,000원, 첫 종목 6,000원, 추가 종목당 4,000원.

• 예시: 3종목은 2천원+6천원+4천원 * 2=1.6만원

• 입금 이후 환불은 가능하지 않습니다.

• 단, 참가자 제한으로 인해 참가자 명단에 들지 못한 경우에만 전액 환불해 드립니다.

• 반드시 참가 기간내에 입금을 완료하셔야 합니다.

• 참가 기간이 끝난 이후에 종목 추가 및 변경은 가능하지 않습니다.

대회 장소는 순천만국가정원의 내부에 있습니다.
대회 참가 선수 및 접수된 동반자에 한하여, 순천만국가정원 입장료를 1인당 2천원으로 할인됩니다.
각 참가 선수는 최대 1명의 동반자를 데리고 올 수 있고, 순천만국가정원 입장료와는 별개로 대회 입장료 1만원을 내야합니다.
동반자의 성함을 코멘트란에 주셔야 순천만국가정원 입장료가 할인 됩니다.

Registration fee: 2,000 WON for garden entrance fee, 6,000 WON for first event, 4000 WON for each additional event.

• Example: 3 events is 2,000 WON + 6,000 WON + 4,000 WON * 2 = 16,000 WON.
• For foreign competitors please pay at the competition; no bank transfer is necessary

• No refunds, only except if you transferred money and did not make the competitor list.

• You must pay the registration fee within the registration period.

• After the registration period, you cannot modify your event list.

The competition venue is within the Suncheon Bay National Garden.
The entrance fee for the Suncheon Bay National Garden will be discounted to 2000 WON for competitiors and spectators.

Each competitor is allowed at most 1 spectator, whose venue admission fee is 10000 WON (separate from the entrance fee to the garden.)
Please write the name of the spectator in the comments field in order for that person to get a discount on the entrance fee to the garden.

Registration on this website + money transfer(extra 12000 WON if bringing a spectator) + write the spectator name in the comments field = completion of registration
