The Negros Speedcubers Organizing Committee is thrilled to present the Kyub sa Masskara 2024 competition series, two competitions held in one day—morning and afternoon, in celebration of the Masskara Festival in Bacolod City!

This competition will be held in the afternoon, the morning competition can be found here.

Competitors shall only compete in one of the two competitions, either Kyub sa Aga or Kyub sa Hapon. This is strictly implemented. We strongly encourage you to stay 'til the end of both competitions as there will be an awards.

All events in both competitions are the same and will consist of a single round. For more details about the competition, please refer to the tabs above.

By registering, competitors and their guests—including but not limited to family members, friends, and guardians—acknowledge and agree that the organizing bodies, their personnel, and any associated individuals shall not be held liable for any harm or injury, loss of personal belongings or property, or emotional distress resulting from participation in this competition.

Please be familiar with the WCA Regulations before participating in this event.

Ikinagagalag na hinahandog ng Negros Speedcubers Organizing Committee ang Kyub sa Masskara 2024 kompetisyong serye, dalawang kompetisyon na gaganapin sa isang araw—umaga at hapon, bilang pagdiriwang ng Masskara Festival sa Lungsod ng Bacolod!

Ang kompetisyong ito ay magaganap sa hapon. Ang umagang edisyon ay makikita dito.

Ang mga kalahok ay dapat na makilahok sa isang kompetisyon lamang, maaring Kyub sa Aga o Kyub sa Hapon. Ito ay mahigpitang ipinapatupad.

Ang lahat ng kategorya sa dalawang kompetisyon ay magkapareho at binubuo ng isang round lamang. Para sa karagdagang impormasyon sa kompetisyon, maaring i-klik ang mga tabs sa itaas.

Sa pamamagitan ng pagrerehistro, ang mga kalahok at kanilang mga bisita—kabilang ngunit hindi limitado sa mga miyembro ng pamilya, kaibigan, at mga tagapag-alaga—ay kinikilala at sumasang-ayon na ang mga namamahalang katawan, kanilang mga tauhan, at anumang kaugnay na indibidwal ay hindi mananagot para sa anumang pinsala o sakuna, pagkawala ng personal na pag-aari o kagamitan, o emosyonal na pagkabalisa na resulta ng paglahok sa kompetisyon na ito.

There is a competitor limit of 40 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is ₱350 (Philippine Peso).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.

We encourage everyone to register for the events they want to compete in via your online registration, however you may add events to your registration up until the event has started.
On the spot registrations will be accepted with a base registration fee of ₱350 (Philippine Peso).

New Competitors
● For first timers, it is highly encouraged to familiarize yourself with the WCA Regulations.
● To accustom yourself even more with how WCA competitions work, you are required to read the WCA First-time Competitor Guide and/or watch this Competitor Tutorial by WCA Delegate, Kit Clement.

● If you are still confused as to what the procedures are, there will be a live demonstration/tutorial before the competition starts.
● Have fun and don't hesitate to ask questions to the Delegate and Event Organizers.

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).

Format

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
