Drodzy zawodnicy i uczestnicy!

W trosce o Wasze zdrowie oraz bezpieczeństwo poniżej wypisujemy zasady, które będziemy chcieli zastosować podczas imprezy (zasady mogą być aktualizowane, gdy zmienią się obecne obostrzenia):

1. Przebywając na hali sportowej należy bezwzględnie zasłaniać usta i nos. Maseczka będzie nieobowiązkowa dla zawodnika jedynie podczas oficjalnych ułożeń.

2. Podczas przebiegu zawodów nie będzie stosowana poczekalnia - każdy zawodnik musi oddać kostkę i zająć miejsce przy stanowisku startowym.

3. Każdy z zawodników zajmuje miejsce na widowni, a na halę główną schodzi tylko, aby wykonać swoje ułożenia lub gdy jest wezwany przez prowadzącego do pomocy przy przebiegu zawodów. (Według aktualnych obostrzeń możemy zająć 50% miejsc na widowni + osoby zaszczepione.)

4. Po zarejestrowaniu się na zawody, każdy kto planuje przyjechać (również osoby towarzyszące) jest proszony o wypełnienia poniższego formularza odnośnie szczepienia. Dzięki temu będziemy mogli oszacować liczbę osób przyjezdnych oraz ewentualnie zwiększyć limit zawodników.

5. Wpisowe na zawody pozostaje niezmienne, lecz od każdego gościa (osoby, która nie posiada identyfikatora) będzie pobrana opłata w wysokości 10 PLN, która zostanie przeznaczona na środki czystości zapewnione przy wejściu itd oraz zapewni możliwość wejścia nie tylko na widownię, ale i na parkiet hali (jako "fotograf/media").

6. Stosujemy się do aktualnych wymogów rządu, zatem to wszystko co obowiązuje aktualnie na codzień, obowiązuje również na miejscu zawodów.

7. Jeśli obostrzenia się zmienią, a co z tym idzie również zasady naszej imprezy, nastąpi w tym miejscu zmiana, a informacja o zmianie zostanie wysłana na email zawodnika.

Dear competitors and participants!

For the sake of your health and safety, below are the rules that we will want to apply during the event (the rules may be updated when the current restrictions change):

1. It will be mandatory to cover your mouth and nose while in the sports hall. A competitor may only remove the mask during official attempts.

2. There will be no competitor waiting area during the competition - each competitor must submit the puzzle to scramblers and take a place at the starting station.

3. Each competitor takes a seat in the audience, and goes to the main hall only to perform his solve or when called to help with the course of the competition. (According to the current restrictions, we can take 50% of the seats in the audience + vaccinated people.)

4. After registering for the competition, everyone who plans to come (including accompanying persons) is asked to fill in the vaccination form below. Thanks to this, we will be able to estimate the number of visitors and possibly increase the limit of competitors.

5. The entry fee for the competition remains unchanged, but each guest (person who does not have an ID) will be charged a fee of 10 PLN, which will be spent on cleaning products provided at the entrance, etc and will provide the opportunity to enter not only the audience, but also the hall floor.

6. We comply with the current government requirements, so everything that is currently in force on a daily basis also applies to the venue of the competition.

7. If the restrictions change, and thus also the rules of our event, there will be a change in this place, and information about the change will be sent to the competitor's email.
