Latvian Open 2017 is one of the biggest competitions in the Baltic States! Competition will take place on 4-5. November at RIga Plaza. Participation fee is 10 EUR. If you participate only in Rubik's cube event, participation is for free.
Latvian Open 2017 ir lielākas sacensības Baltijas valstīs. Nakamās sacensības notiks 4-5. Novembrī tirdzniecības centrā Riga Plaza. Piedalīšanas maksa 10 EUR. Ja jūs piedalaties tikai Rubika kuba atrlīksanā, piedalīšanas ir bezmaksas.
Latvian Open 2017 одни из самых больших соревнований в странах Балтии. Следующие соревнования пройдут 4-5 Ноября в торговом центре Riga Plaza. Стоимость участия 10 EUR. Если вы учавствуете только в сборке Кубика Рубика, учацтие бесплатно.

Each competitor must be familiar with and understand the WCA Regulations before the competition. Regulations are available on the WCA website. You can have a look at this video to get a basic overview of the regulations.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
