Requisitos de registro para esta competencia:

Completar el registro correctamente.
El pago de la inscirpción ($5) debe hacerse a la Cuenta no. 3114183272 del Banco Agrícola a nombre de Fernando Daniel Domínguez Castaneda y seguidamente enviar un correo a ferdominguez2004@gmail.com con el asunto "Liceo Open 2023" e incluir una foto del comprobante de pago, indicando los datos de la persona inscrita (Nombre, WCA ID si lo tiene) asi como las categorìas a realizar. El correo con dicha informacion debe ser recibido a mas tardar el dia Lunes 17 de Julio de 2023 a las 10:59 pm GMT-6 (hora local). El pago incluye la participacion para todas las categorias disponibles.
Su registro sera aceptado solamente si se cumplen los requisitos arriba mencionados. NO se haran reembolsos si su registro no es aceptado por el incumplimiento de alguno de estos requisitos.
Agregar/Remover Eventos. Competidores pueden solicitar (por correo electrónico) agregar eventos adicionales ANTES que cierre el registro. Competidores no podrán agregar eventos después que el registro cierre. Competidores pueden solicitar (por correo electrónico) el remover eventos de su registro, también es aceptable no presentarse a cualquier evento en el que no desees competir, si existe la posibilidad de que quieras participar en un evento, deberías registrarte para este.
Política para lista de espera. Si el registro se llena, colocaremos a los competidores en una lista de espera. Para entrar a la lista de espera, tienes que registrarte y pagar. No estarás en la lista de espera hasta que el pago de registro sea realizado, si no sales de la lista de espera, recibirás un reembolso completo (para el cual tendrás que asistir al lugar y día de competencia en el horario entre 8:00 am-12:00 pm).
Si no sales de la lista de espera, podras recibir un reembolso de las siguientes formas:
- Completo (para el cual tendrás que asistir al lugar y día de competencia en el horario entre 8:00 am-12:00 pm).
- $5.00 Transferencia bancaria a banco agrícola.
- $3.50 Transferencia a otros bancos nacionales.
Si un competidor notifica que no asistirá, la primera persona en la lista de espera la reemplazará, Competidores podrán ser reemplazados hasta el Lunes 17 de Julio de 2023, 10:59 pm gmt-6. Ningún competidor será agregado el día de la competencia.

Registration requirements for the competition:

Complete the registration correctly.
The registration fee ($5) has to be paid to Banco Agricola Account number 3114183272 to the name of Fernando Daniel Dominguez Castaneda, thereafter send an email to ferdominguez2004@gmail.com with the subject "Liceo Open 2023", the competitor's information (Name, WCA ID if you have it), the categories to participate in. The email must be sent latest by Monday, July 17th, 2023 at 10:59 pm GMT-6 (local time). The payment includes all available categories.
Your registration will be accepted only if the requirements mentioned above are met. There will not be any refunds if your registration is not accepted due to failing to comply with any of the requirements.
Adding/Dropping Events Competitors may request (by email)to be added to more events BEFORE registration closes. Competitors may not add events after registration closes. Competitors may request (by email) to remove events from their registration. It is also acceptable to not show up for any event you do not wish to compete in. If there is a chance you will want to do an event, you should register for it!
Waitlist Policies If registration fills up, we will place competitors on a waitlist. In order to get on the waitlist, you must register and pay. You are not on the waitlist until you pay the registration fee. If you do not make it to the waitlist, you will be fully refunded (for this you will have to go to the competition’s venue the day of the competition between 8:00 am and 12:00pm).
If you do not leave the waiting list, you can receive a refund in the following ways:
- Complete (for which you will have to attend the place and day of the competition between 8:00 am-12: 00 pm).
- $ 5.00 Bank transfer to Banco Agricola
- $ 3.50 Transfer to other national banks.
If a competitor notifies that he will not attend, the first person on the waiting list will replace him, Competitors may be replaced until July 17th, 2023, 10:59 pm GMT-6. No competitor will be added on the day of the competition.

Tutorial for new competitors

TODOS LOS COMPETIDORES DEBEN LEER ESTA PESTAÑA ANTES DE REGISTRARSE.

Al llegar, recibiras una tarjeta y gafete personalizado con informacion detallada de tus eventos y en que grupos competiras para cada categoria, adicionalmente, tambien recibiras asignaciones de staff. Se espera la ayuda de todos los competidores para esta competencia. Para cada evento en el que participes, seras asignado para ayudar en un grupo de ese evento. Si no atiendes a ayudar durante tu evento agendado, y no hay suficientes miembros de staff, nos reservamos el derecho de descalificarte de la competencia.

Impartiremos un tutorial de como ser juez al inicio del dia, justo antes del inicio de la categoría 2x2x2. Esto permitirá que cualquiera con preguntas de como ser juez esté adecuadamente preparado para ayudar con funciones de staff. Esperamos que este sistema divida las tareas de juez de manera justa y permita que la competencia se realice de manera fluida.

When you arrive, you will receive a card/nametag with personalized information detailing your events and what group you will be competing in for each event. In addition, you will also receive staffing assignments. All competitors are expected to help at this competition. For each event you sign up for, you will be assigned to help out for just one group of that event. If you do not arrive to help during your scheduled event, and there are not enough staff members, we reserve the right to disqualify you from competing.

We will provide a judging tutorial at the beginning of the day, right before the start of 2x2. This will allow anyone with questions about how to judge to be properly prepared when they are expected to help. We hope that this system will fairly divide up the judging of the competition and make the competition run smoothly for all.

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).

Format

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
