Registro:
El registro debe hacerse en el botón "Registration" situado en la parte izquierda de esta web. El registro electrónico cierra el 14 de Julio a las 11:59 pm. Se permite cambios en los eventos también hasta el 14 de Julio a las 11:59 pm. (contactandose con el organizador).
La inscripción es de 5 soles de base y 3 soles por categoria. Por ejemplo, si alguien participa en las categorías (eventos) 2x2 y 3x3, tendrá que pagar 11 soles en total, 5 de base y 3 por cada evento (2 eventos = 6 soles); otro ejemplo, alguien participa en las categorías (eventos) 2x2, 3x3, skewb y pyraminx, tendrá que pagar 17 soles en total, 5 de base y 3 por cada evento (4 eventos = 12 soles) . La inscripción se considera completa una vez efectuado el pago y realizado el registro en esta web.
Una vez realizado el pago, deben contactar vía WhatsApp al organizador para confirmar su registro y ser aceptados en la web, a la par de mandar una captura de pantalla del pago realizado.
Para participantes que vengan del exterior, deben contactar al organizador del torneo para coordinar el medio de pago.

Registration:

El local del torneo se encuentra a pocos minutos de la Panamerica Sur, con un transporte publico que realize este recorrido pueden llegar facilmente desde el norte o centro de lima, solo asegurarse que vaya a paradero "PUENTE ALIPIO"
Otra opcion para llegar es usar la Linea 1 del Metro de Lima, el tren electrico, la estacion mas cercana es la de Atocongo. Desde ahi pueden tomar una mototaxi solo le indicas a la Casa de la Juventud. De igual forma si tienen problemas con accesibilidad por favor comunicarse con Angel Panebra a este numero 966721873, con mucho gusto se le ayudara a ubicarse.
Competidores nuevos
Si eres un competidor nuevo es importante que estés familiarizado con el reglamento de la WCA. La información es bastante extensa, por lo que si deseas puedes ver este video el cual contiene lo necesario que debes saber para poder competir. De todas formas el domingo a primera hora habrá una introducción para competir, recomendamos que vayas a verla.
Si tienes alguna otra pregunta, puedes contactar al organizador o a los delegados y mandar un correo con tu pregunta.
Información para todos los competidores
- Por favor ayuda a juecear, incluso con nuestro equipo de staff, es bastante probable que haya momentos en donde no nos demos abasto de jueces, por lo que para que la competencia pueda transcurrir fluidamente necesitamos la ayuda de todos, incluso padres y espectadores están bienvenidos a ayudar a juecear. Es bastante fácil, puedes aprender el procedimiento al momento.
- Se pueden tomar fotografías al torneo, pero no está permitido el uso de flash pues puede distraer a los competidores.
- Los espectadores deberán estar a 1.5 metros de distancia de los competidores como indica el inciso 7b del reglamento de la WCA.
- Por favor, respeta el local, estamos agradecidos con la Municipalidad de San Juan de MIraflores de brindarnos sus instalaciones y debemos dejarla tal como nos la dieron, boten la basura en los tachos o guárdenla en su mochila.
- Cuidar de sus pertenencias, no queremos que se te pierda tu main antes de que compitas, por lo que estate atento de dónde dejas tus cubos y pertenencias. Durante los eventos a ciegas, por favor guarda silencio. Estos eventos requieren mucha concentración y el ruido puede ser distractor.

Los resultados pueden que demoren en ser subidos a la página, el retraso suele ser como máximo de una hora, depende de qué tan fluido se lleva a cabo el torneo.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
