El torneo tiene un límite en el número de participantes igual a 150.
El registro se cerrará cuando el límite de participantes se alcance, o en su defecto, el domingo 21 de octubre.

El costo es de 15.000 para uno o todos los eventos

Diplomas para todos los primeros, segundos y terceros puestos
premiación a la mujer más rápida, a la persona más joven y a la mayor en 3x3 blindfold
*a parte de los diplomas, los patrocinadores mencionados anteriormente entregaran premios.
*en el caso que allá dinero sobrante se dará a los primeros puestos en efectivo.

Los cortes se aplican a los primeros dos solves de un competidor. El competidor debe lograr un tiempo menor al corte en al menos uno de estos solves para tener derecho a completar el average.
El límite es el tiempo máximo permitido para completar el solve. Si se excede, el resultado es DNF.
Soacha es una ciudad al sur de Bogotá, así que para las personas que vienen de otros departamentos y ciudades lejanas, el organizador cuenta con algunos cupos para hospedar personas los días del torneo, así que si estás interesado puedes contactarte con él al número: 312 414 26 24
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
