There is a competitor limit of 150 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is 50 ₴ (Ukrainian Hryvnia).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
To become a competitor:
1. You must have WCA account and apply for the competition. If you've participated in a competition earlier, make sure that you claimed WCA ID, otherwise please contact the delegate. If this is your first competition, go to the "Новачкам/For beginners" tab, and follow the registration instructions.
2. The payment details you will receive after submission of the application.
3. The number of participants in the competition is limited, so if you will not be able to attend the competition, inform the organizers in advance
Please note that you will not be listed until you have paid.
If the competitor limit has been reached, the waitlist opens. You can enter the waitlist by registering and paying the fee. Waitlist is first come, first serve.
Competitors who do not make it off of the waitlist will receive a full refund shortly before the event.
The latest time to get off of the waitlist is April 1st, 11:59 PM PST. This means we will not be accepting additional competitors on the day of the event.

Якщо це ваші перші змагання, перейдіть у вкладку "Новачкам/For beginners" , та виконайте інструкцію щодо реєстрації.
2. Реквізити для оплати участі Ви отримаєте після подання заявки.
3. Кількість учасників у змаганнях обмежена, тому якщо Ви не будете мати змоги відвідати змагання, повідомте організаторів наперед
Зверніть увагу, Ви не появитесь у списку учасників доти, поки не здійсните оплату.Якщо ліміт учасників буде досягнуто, відкриється список очікування. Ви можете попасти до списку очікування, зареєструвавшись та сплативши внесок. Якщо Ви є першим у списку, то відповідно першим попадете до списку учасників.
Учасники, які не попадуть із списку очікування, отримають повне повернення коштів.
Останній шанс потрапити у список учасників - 1 квітня, 23:59 PST. Це означає, що ми не будемо приймати додаткових заявок у день події.
Кінцевий термін внесення змін до переліку вказаних Вами дисциплін - 1 квітня

Якщо Ви знаходитесь на Головному залізничному вокзалі, потрібно сісти на трамвай номер 1 та вийти на 5-й зупинці, яка має назву Головна Пошта. Після цього орієнтуйтесь по картинці, що знизу.
Якщо Ви знаходитесь на Приміському вокзалі, потрібне сісти на маршрутку номер 15, і вийти на 5-ій зупинці, яка має назву Головна Пошта. Після цього орієнтуйтесь по картинці, що знизу.
Якщо Ви знходитесь в центрі міста, саме швидше буде добратись пішки.
If you are at the Lviv railway station, you need to get on the tram number 1 and get out at the 5th stop, which is called Holovna Poshta. After that, follow the picture below.

Інакше, Вам потрібно дістатися до церкви св. Ольги і Єлизавети, а потім пересісти на вищезгаданий трамвай номер 1 (орієнтуйтесь по картинці, що знизу) та вийти на 4-й зупинці.
Otherwise you need to get to the Church of Sts. Olha and Elizabeth. And then get on the the above mentioned tram number 1 (follow the picture below) and get out at the 4th stop.
1. Чому я ще не в списку учасників?
Якщо Ви пройшли всі кроки реєстрації, то просто почекайте. Якщо Вас не додали в список впродовж 2-х днів, то напишіть делегату, або нам у чат.
2. Чи можу я змінити свої дисципліни, якщо вже зареєструвався?
Так, Ви можете змінити свій список дисциплін до закінчення реєстрації. Для цього напишіть нам.
3. Що робити, якщо я не зможу приїхати?
Напишіть нам, будь ласка, якщо Ви не зможете приїхати. Ми видалимо Вашу заявку, повернемо кошти у розмірі 90% від суми при умові вчасного повідомлення.
4. Існують якісь вікові категорії?
Всі учасники рівні між собою.
5. Потрібно приносити свої головоломки, чи їх видадуть на змаганнях?
Для участі потрібно мати свої головоломки.
6. Коли мені необхідно приїхати на змагання?
Орієнтуйтесь по розкладу. Новачкам бажано відвідати інструктаж на початку дня. Якщо Ви знаєте правила, то приходьте за 20 хвилин перед початком своєї дисципліни.
7. Де подивитись на результати?
Результати будуть опубліковані на цій сторінці через пару днів після закінчення змагань.

1. Why I'm not in competitors list yet?
If You've done all registration steps then just wait. If You're not in competitors list after 2 days then write about it to delegate or in our chat.
2. Can I change events after I've registered?
Yes, You can change your events until registration is closed. If You want to change events then write about it to us.
3. What to do if I won't be able to attend competition?
Please write us if You won't be able to take part in competition. We will delete your registration request so someone else can register.
4. Is there any age categories?
No, all competitors are equal.
5. Should I bring my puzzles or there will be ones that I can take on entry?
You need to have your own puzzles to take part in competition.
6. When should I arrive to competition?
You should orient by schedule. Beginners should visit briefing on the beginning of the competition day. If You know WCA regulations then come 20 minutes before the start of Your event.
7. Where can I find my results?
Results will be published on this page in several days after competition ends.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
