CubingUSA Mid-Atlantic FMC Championship 2023 is open to all competitors. However, the title of 3x3x3 Fewest Moves Mid-Atlantic Champion will be restricted to competitors from Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington DC, and West Virginia. In order to be eligible to win the title, you must log in to the CubingUSA website with your WCA account and select your home state by May 31st, 2023 at 11:59pm EDT. After the competition has ended, the regional champion will be required to prove residency in order to claim their title and prize.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
