All events will take place in The Forum.
We'd like to emphasize that blindsolvers of all experience levels are welcome to compete! If this is your first blindfolded competition, here are a few important things to know:
- For blindfolded events, the competitor lifts the cover off the cube, not the judge!
- If you're judging a blindfolded event, don't place the paper between the competitor and the cube until after the competitor applies a turn to the cube. This is because a competitor is allowed to remove their blindfold and look at the cube again if they haven't applied any turns.
- In rounds with cumulative time limits, the judge writes how much time the competitor uses during a DNF attempt on the score card, e.g. DNF (1:23.45).
- A stopwatch must be used to time attempts longer than 10 minutes.
We're excited to see how much the SoCal blindsolving scene has grown over the past few years! Please feel free to reach out to the organization team if you have any questions.
In addition to a competitor limit for the whole competition, each event will have a separate limit. Registrations will be considered in the order that they are paid. If your paid registration includes events which have filled up, your registration will be accepted and modified to include only events which have space. Then, you will be placed on a waitlist for each full event you requested.
Once your registration is accepted, you will not be able to change your registered events unless you contact the organizers. If you would like to add an event after registering, your request will be approved if there is space; otherwise, you will be placed on the waitlist.
The entire competition will have a limit of 50 competitors. MBLD will have a limit of 25 competitors. All other events will have a limit of 30 competitors. Limits for some events may be increased at the organizers' discretion.

4x4x4 Blindfolded | 30 | 30 |
