We are excited to host this competition as a Warm-Up for the Rubik's WCA North American Championship 2024! All competitors are welcome - you do not need to be registered for the Rubik's WCA North American Championship to compete at this competition.
This competition is supported by the Midwest Cubing Association.

The base registration fee for this competition is $50 (United States Dollar).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee.

No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Any spectator can attend for free.

Venue
This competition will be held in the Overlook Room at the Mall of America® in Bloomington, Minnesota.
There is free parking in multiple lots at the Mall of America®, and plenty of easy public transport options as well, including free shuttles from many area hotels. You can find transportation options and directions here.
Once you arrive at the mall, proceed to the North entrance area and take the escalator/elevator to level three (Culinary on North food district). On this level, you will see the glass doors of the entrance to the office tower. Take the office tower elevator to the 6th floor.
There are many options in the mall including a food court just downstairs from the competition room, where you can buy food/lunch. You may bring food into the Overlook Room but please remember to clean up after yourself.

When not competing, you are welcome to check out the mall! The Mall of America® is the number 1 retail and entertainment destination in the country, including 500+ shops and the nation's largest indoor theme park, Nickelodeon Universe.
We will need lots of staff members to help us run this competition! If you are interested in staffing this competition and have previous staffing experience, please do not hesitate to apply. You do not need to be a part of the NAC staff team in order to staff this competition.
Staff Expectations:
- Act in a respectful and professional manner
- Fill in necessary roles to keep the competition running, including scrambling, running, judging, and/or data entry
- Remain in the staff area for the duration of the competition, including while taking breaks

Rubik's North America All-Stars 2024
Midwest Cubing Association and CubingUSA are excited to team up with Rubik's and Spin Master to bring speedcubing all-stars together for an official WCA competition at the Mall of America® in Bloomington, Minnesota!
We're thrilled to put competitive speedcubing on display via the Rubik's North America All-Stars 2024 livestream. See the competition website for more details.
The event will also be open to spectators at the Mall of America®, who will be able to view this competition from mulitple levels of the Mall of America®, including on the media wall (jumbotron) that will be projected in the Huntington Bank Rotunda.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
