$15 flat fee for competitors. You must pay online by the registration deadline (11:59 on December 26); your registration is not complete until payment is received. There is a preliminary limit of 85 competitors, but we may eventually decide to increase the limit. We will not decrease the limit.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
