Welcome to Rogers Place!
Located right in the middle of downtown Edmonton, Rogers Place serves as the home of the National Hockey League's Edmonton Oilers and the Western Hockey League's Edmonton Oil Kings, and also plays host to many other sporting events and concerts.
Opening in September 2016, the arena replaced Northlands Coliseum which had been operating since 1974. In the first season in their new home, the Edmonton Oilers brought success to the building immediately by ending an 11 year playoff drought. Since then, the stadium has been widely used for many other events. In 2020, the arena was chosen as one of two homes for the Stanley Cup Playoffs and hosted both conference finals and the Stanley Cup Finals. It is the 2nd largest indoor arena in Canada (behind only the Bell Centre in Montreal) with a capacity over 20,000.
Over the years, the faithful Oilers fans became one of the higher rated fanbases in the NHL and got to see legendary players contribute to their team's success, such as Wayne Gretzky, Mark Messier, and Connor McDavid.
Our competition will be held in Studio 99 which includes:
- Over 5,600 square feet of space
- A bird's eye view over Ford Hall
- "An unparalleled collection of Wayne Gretzky memorabilia"
- Full in-room restrooms
- Access to a limited section of the seating bowl
We hope that you join us for a fun and memorable competition at Rogers Place!
