We encourage everyone to register for the events they want to compete in via your online registration, however you may add events to your registration up until the event has started.
On the spot registrations will be accepted with a base registration fee of $15 (United States Dollar).

El pre-registro cierra el día 20 de noviembre de 2024 a las 12:00 a. m. (hora de El Salvador). Posteriormente, podrás registrarte el día del evento, sujeto a disponibilidad en el límite de competidores, y podrás participar en un máximo de 5 categorías.
* Se recibirán pagos en efectivo el día del torneo. El costo será de $15.00 y podrás participar SOLAMENTE en hasta 5 de los eventos disponibles.

NOTA IMPORTANTE: Los pagos vía transferencia bancaria, PayPal o Chivo Wallet (BTC) deben ser reportados al correo electrónico jhernandez@worldcubeassociation.org con el asunto "NACIONALES EL SALVADOR 2024 - Nombre del competidor", e incluir una foto o captura de pantalla del comprobante de pago, indicando los datos de la persona inscrita (Nombre, WCA ID si lo tiene) y las categorías en las que participará.

Su registro será aceptado solamente si se cumplen los requisitos arriba mencionados. NO se harán reembolsos si su registro no es aceptado por incumplimiento de alguno de estos requisitos.

1. Agregar/Remover eventos. Una vez aceptado el registro, deberá enviar un correo solicitando los eventos adicionales, incluyendo el comprobante de pago correspondiente.

2. Política para lista de espera. Si el registro se llena, colocaremos a los competidores en una lista de espera. Para entrar a la lista de espera, debes registrarte y pagar. No estarás en la lista de espera hasta que el pago de registro sea realizado.

3. Condiciones de reembolso para lista de espera. Si no sales de la lista de espera, recibirás un reembolso en alguna de las siguientes formas:

IMPORTANT NOTE: Payments made via bank transfer, PayPal, or Chivo Wallet (BTC) must be reported to the email jhernandez@worldcubeassociation.org with the subject "NACIONALES EL SALVADOR 2024 - Competitor's Name" and include a photo or screenshot of the payment receipt, indicating the registered person's details (Name, WCA ID if applicable) and the categories they will participate in.

Your registration will be accepted only if the above requirements are met. NO refunds will be issued if your registration is not accepted due to failure to comply with any of these requirements.

1. Adding/Removing events. Once the registration is accepted, you must send an email requesting additional events, including the corresponding payment receipt.

2. Waitlist policy. If the registration fills up, we will place competitors on a waitlist. To enter the waitlist, you must register and pay. You will not be on the waitlist until the registration payment is made.

3. Waitlist refund conditions. If you do not make it off the waitlist, you will receive a refund in one of the following ways:

5. 75% refund via PayPal.

6. Full refund via Chivo Wallet transfer.
