Any spectator can attend for free.

Pasos para inscribirse:
- Completar el registro siguiendo los pasos del ítem "Registro" (Register). En la caja de comentarios debe escribir si desea o no una remera, especificar la cantidad y el talle de cada una (como se especifica en Remeras).
- Si hay lugares libres, recibirá un email* (puede demorar hasta 24 horas en llegar) con la información para pagar. Por favor revise la carpeta de spam si no recibe el mail en menos de 24 horas.
- Realice la transferencia.
- Responda al email que contiene la información para pagar (con la opción "responder a todos") detallando nombre/s y apellido/s del competidor y adjuntando una copia del comprobante (en su versión electrónica o una foto del ticket), sin esta información, el registro NO será aceptado.
* El email lo recibirá por parte de sofy.rojo18@gmail.com. Se sugiere revisar la dirección del email antes de realizar el pago. Por favor revise la carpeta de spam si no recibe el mail en menos de 24 horas.

Registration procedure:
- Complete your registration by following the steps in the "Register" section. In the comments box you must specify whether or not you want a T-shirt, specify the quantity and size of each one (as described in T-shirts).
- If there are spots available, you will receive an email* with the payment information (it may take up to 24 hours to arrive). Please check your spam folder if you have not received the email within 24 hours.
- Make the transfer.
- Reply-all to the email you received with the payment information, detailing first name/s and last name/s of the competitor and attaching a copy of the bank transfer receipt (in its electronic version or a photo of it), without this information, the registration will NOT be accepted. Once the transfer has been made, no refunds will be made under any circumstances, except for what has been said above.

Es de extrema importancia la puntualidad. Tenga en cuenta que el competidor puede ser descalificado de una categoría por llegar tarde, según la Regla 2u (esto es necesario ya que en caso contrario el torneo podría retrasarse). Se sugiere presentarse al menos 15 minutos antes de cada ronda.
TODOS LOS COMPETIDORES DEBERÁN ASISTIR AL REGISTRO Y PRESENTAR UN DOCUMENTO QUE ACREDITE SU IDENTIDAD (preferiblemente cédula de identidad). Los competidores menores de edad deben concurrir acompañados por un mayor o traer una autorización firmada por un adulto responsable.
Es obligación de los competidores estar familiarizados con el Reglamento de la WCA.
Los competidores pueden ser requeridos para desempeñar ciertas tareas, según se describe en las reglas 1e2 y 1f2, de lo contrario, la competencia podría retrasarse severamente.
El competidor es la única persona responsable de que los resultados en la hoja de resultados:
* Sean correctos.
* Sean legibles (si un número no se entiende bien, debe pedirle al juez que lo arregle antes de firmar el intento).

It is extremely important to be punctual for each round. Bear in mind that competitors may be disqualified under the circumstances described in Regulation 2u. It is recommended to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of each round. This is necessary to avoid delays in the schedule.
ALL COMPETITORS MUST CHECK-IN AND PROVIDE A DOCUMENT TO VALIDATE THEIR IDENTITY. Underage competitors must be accompanied by an adult or bring an authorization signed by a responsible adult.
Competitors must be familiarized with the WCA Regulations.
Competitors may be required to help with specific tasks, as described in regulations 1e2 and 1f2.
The competitor must make sure that the results on the scoresheet are:
* Correct, complete, properly formatted, and clearly readable.
* Signed by the Judge and the Competitor. Penalty for missing signatures: Did Not Finish (DNF).

In case this is the first competition you attend, you must provide your identity document (may be a passport), as stated in regulation 2e of the regulations.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
