Technological University of the Philippines Cubers Association (TCA) - Visayas, in line with Negros Speedcubers Organizing Committee (NSOC) presents to you Negros Speedcubing Cup 2024. A World Cube Association sanctioned competition held in City Mall Mandalagan, Bacolod City.

There is a competitor limit of 80 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is ₱150 (Philippine Peso).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Saturday, January 6, 2024 at 12:00 AM UTC.
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until Saturday, January 13, 2024 at 12:00 AM UTC by contacting the organization team.
On the spot registrations will be accepted with a base registration fee of ₱150 (Philippine Peso).
Competitor or guardian must agree that TCA, NSOC, PCA, and WCA shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss resulting from your participation of this event.

● To cancel registration, please email negroscubers.organizing@gmail.com. Refunds for registration fees won't be entertained under any circumstances.
Adding/Dropping Events
● Competitors may request (by email) to add more events until January 7. Payment for additional events will be collected during the registration of the competition proper.
● Competitors may request (by email) to remove events from their registration at any point. It is also acceptable to not show up for any event you do not wish to compete in.Payment

Ace Christian C. Wong won with an average of 7.77 seconds in the 3x3x3 Cube event. Kirby Jay Caragan finished second (9.07) and Ace Djun T. Aguirre Jr. finished third (9.45).

FOR FIRST TIMERS:
Regular base registration of ₱150.00 (inclusive of Certificate of Participation) for 1 event, and ₱50.00 additional per event.
FOR RETURNERS:
Regular base registration of ₱350.00 (inclusive of Certificate of Participation) for 3 events, and ₱50.00 additional per event.

For those who paid through Option 1:
Please send a SCREENSHOT or SCANNED COPY of your receipt and any VALID ID (for first timers) via Facebook Messenger to TUPV Cubers Association. Please include in your message the following: participant's name, amount paid, contact number, and categories you are participating.
NOTE:
Please follow the registration and payment instructions. If the instructions are not properly followed, your registration will not be approved. You are eligible for changes to events you wish to compete in until January 7.
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
