Register
Register on the WCA website, which closes at 11:59 PM on 21st Dec, 2017 (Nepal Time, UTC +5:45)
Registration Fees
- A base fee of Rs 450 is applicable which includes 1 event. An additional fee of Rs 50 per event will be applicable.
- For example. If you compete in 3 events, you pay base fees for 1 event and additional fee for 2 events. So Tota 450 + (2x50)= Rs 550.
- All amounts are in Nepali Rupees (Rs).
Payment
Payment will be done on the spot from 08:00 to 09:00 hours at the venue. You can pay the organizers in person before the competition if you like.
Note
There will not be any on the spot registration. Make sure you pre-register on the WCA website.

Note
The above schedule is tentative. Small changes may be made after the registration or during the course of the competition. If any change is made, it will be clearly announced in the venue and it is recommended to watch out for announcements.
By Air
The nearest and the only International Airport of Nepal, Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA) is at a distance of 20-25 minutes by a vehicle. You can easily get a taxi or bus or tootle from airport to Ekantakuna. Contact the organizers for exact details.
By Bus
- Since the venue is right behind the central zoo, Its a 5 minute walk from the vehicle stopping point.
- Ring Road users can use any Ring road bus and drop at Ekantakuna. After getting down, its a 9-10 minute walk to the venue.
- If anyone is from in Valley or out of Valley, then they can come up to Ratnapark and get in a micro van or sajha bus that goes to Jawalakhel.
Easiest Way To Travel
Download TOOTLE app for android, which can take you the venue from any place in KTM for a reasonable price. Its the best option for traveling alone and to get to venue if you are confused.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
