The base registration fee for this competition is €10 (Euro).
If your registration is cancelled before Saturday, May 11, 2024 at 6:00 PM UTC you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at 12:00 PM UTC.
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until Wednesday, May 29, 2024 at 6:00 PM UTC on the Register tab.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Any spectator can attend for free.

Die folgenden Schritte müssen erfüllt sein:

3) Anmeldung für den Wettbewerb über das Anmeldeformular.Wichtig
Deine Anmeldung gilt erst als vollständig, wenn alle Schritte der Anmeldung erfüllt sind, d.h. bei erfolgter Anmeldung über das Formular und erfolgter Zahlung. Es ist explizit erlaubt, die Anmeldegebühr vor Öffnung der Anmeldung zu zahlen.

Wenn das Teilnehmerlimit bereits erreicht wurde, erhältst du einen Platz auf der Warteliste. Danach erhältst du eine E-Mail, sobald ein Platz für dich frei werden sollte.
Falls du keinen freien Teilnehmerplatz mehr erlangen solltest, wird die Anmeldegebühr selbstverständlich erstattet.

Informationen für Neulinge
Falls dies dein erstes WCA Turnier sein sollte, beachte bitte die folgenden Punkte:
Alle Neulinge sind dazu verpflichtet ein Ausweisdokument an der Anmeldung vor zu zeigen (Regulation 2e)). Aus dem Dokument müssen Name, Nationalität und Geburtsdatum hervorgehen.
Alle Neulinge sind eindringlich gebeten, am Tutorial teilzunehmen. Infos dazu werden per Mail vor dem Wettbewerb bekannt gemacht.
Jeder Teilnehmer sollte bereits vor der Meisterschaft mindestens einmal die offiziellen Regeln der WCA gelesen haben. Zusätzlich ist ein Blick in unsere Teilnehmer-Anleitung sowie das WCA Competition Tutorial mehr als ratsam für alle Neulinge!
Keine Angst: während des Turniers besteht die Möglichkeit, sich mit dem offiziellen Equipment (Stackmat-Timer) vertraut zu machen und Fragen zu stellen.
Bei wichtigen Fragen vor dem Turnier kannst du dich gerne an das Organisationsteam wenden.

Newcomer information
If this is your first WCA competition, please pay attention to the following:
According to Regulation 2e), all newcomers are required to bring some form of identification document that shows name, citizenship and date of birth.
All newcomers are urgently asked to attend the Tutorial . Infos regarding the tutorial will be sent out via mail before the competition.
Every competitor should have read the official WCA regulations at least once before attending the competition! A more condensed version of the important regulations can be found at the WCA Competition Tutorial.
Don't be afraid: there will also be time to test the equipment (for example the official timing device, the Stackmat timer) and discuss the rules if you have questions at the competition.
Feel free to contact the organizer if you have any uncertainties.

Der Hauptbahnhof Kassel ist kein Fernbahnhof!
Zur Anreise per Zug muss der Bahnhof Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe gewählt werden.
Zur Venue
Vom Bahnhof Kassel Wilhelmshöhe empfehlen wir euch, mit dem Bus 11 zur Todenhäuser Straße (etwa 5 Minuten Fußweg) zu fahren.
Alternativ lässt sich auch die Haltestelle "Bahnhof Harleshausen" nutzen. (10 Minuten Fußweg)

An der Venue gibt es ca. 10 Parkplätze.

Attention
Kassel Hauptbahnhof does not serve long distance trains.
You should use "Kassel Wilhelmshöhe" to travel to Kassel.
To the Venue
From there, we recommend you to take the bus 11 to Todenhäuser Straße (5 minutes walk).
Another alternative is the station "Bahnhof Harlshausen". (10 minutes walk)
By car
There is parking space for about 10 cars at the venue.

You may bring your own food and beverages into the Venue.
At the competition we offer free drinks, but no food. You're welcome to bring some snacks for yourself as well.

Einverständnis: Mit deiner Anmeldung erklärst du dich damit einverstanden, dass Fotos oder Videos von dir später veröffentlicht werden können. Gleiches gilt für Gäste, die Teilnehmer begleiten oder generell zuschauen.

Photography and video recordings may be taken at the event. All photos and videos will be made available to participants after the event. The same applies to guests accompanying participants or watching in general.
Consent: With your registration you agree that photos or videos of you may be published later.
Under 18 years old? Please get your parents' consent for this.
Concerns: If you have any concerns about this or do not agree, please contact us here so that we can consider this accordingly. Of course you can still sign up directly.
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
