There is a competitor limit of 50 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is 60 zł (Polish Złoty).
The registration fee has to be paid through Stripe here once registered.
If your registration is cancelled before Sunday, March 30, 2025 at 5:00 PM UTC you will be refunded 95% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Sunday, March 30, 2025 at 5:00 PM UTC.
We encourage everyone to register for the events they want to compete in via your online registration, however you may add events to your registration up until the event has started.
On the spot registrations will be accepted with a base registration fee of 60 zł (Polish Złoty).
Any spectator can attend for free.
Aby pojawić się na liście zawodników / rezerwowej musisz wypełnić formularz rejestracyjny i opłacić wpisowe.
Wypełniając formularz, zgadzasz się na publikowanie i używanie Twojego wizerunku w mediach społecznościowych przez organizatorów, zawodników, gości i sponsorów turnieju. Dotyczy to zdjęć i nagrań wykonanych podczas trwania turnieju.
In order to appear on competitor / waiting list you need to submit registration form and pay your registration fee.
When submitting your registration you agree on publishing and using your image in social media by organisers, competitors, guests and sponsors of the competition. This includes photos and recordings done at the competition.

Na tych zawodach będziemy testować system automatycznego wpisywania czasów - FKMTime. System będzie używany równocześnie z papierowymi kartami na wyniki. Na zawodach będzie obecny zespół FKMTime, który chętnie pomoże w przypadku problemów. Każdy zawodnik razem z identyfikatorem otrzyma kartę przypisaną do jego profilu. W przypadku jakichkolwiek pytań zapraszamy do kontaktu mailowego.

At this competition, we will be testing the automatic scoretaking system - FKMTime. The system will be used in conjunction with paper scorecards. The FKMTime Team will be on-site and ready to assist with any issues. Each participant will receive a card assigned to their profile, along with an identifier. Zapewniamy, że nasze zawody są odpowiednie dla wszystkich osób niezależnie od wieku i doświadczenia. Upewnij się jednak, że jesteś przygotowany do bezproblemowego startu na naszych zawodach.

Sędziowanie
Dodatkowo w sobotę rano - przed rozpoczęciem właściwej części zawodów - wszyscy nowicjusze zostaną przeszkoleni pod kątem startu w zawodach. Osoba prowadzące to krótkie szkolenie zaprezentuje typowe błędy początkujących, wyjaśni, jak należy poprawnie startować i odpowie na wszelkie pytania.

Pytania i odpowiedzi:
Czy muszę używać swojej kostki podczas oficjalnych prób?
- Tak, jesteś zobowiązany używać swojej kostki albo pożyczonej np. od kolegi.
Czy osoby towarzyszące muszą opłacić wstęp?
- Każdy zawodnik może zabrać ze sobą maksymalnie jednego gościa, każda kolejna osoba będzie musiała opłacić jednorazową opłątę w wysokości 5zł.
Jaka jest średnia wieku zawodników?
- Układają osoby w różnym wieku, średnia to między 10 a 20 lat, jednak oczywiście każda osoba niezależnie od wieku jest mile widziana.
Jak wyglądają zawody?
- Zawody to miejsca pełne ludzi o tym samym zainteresowaniu, z którymi możesz usiąść przy stole i porozmawiać o swoim hobby. Oczywiście oprócz dobrej zabawy celem jest uczciwa rywalizacja. Często na zawodach można obserwować ułożenia najlepszych, zrobić sobie z nimi pamiątkowe zdjęcie, porozmawiać.
Gdzie mogę zobaczyć moje wyniki?
- Oficjalne wyniki pojawią się kilka dni po zakończeniu zawodów w zakładce obok, natomiast wyniki na żywo widoczne będą na stronie WCA Live.
Czy są kategorie wiekowe?
- Nie, każdy układa w kategorii open.
Czy będę się dobrze bawić na takim wydarzeniu?
- OCZYWIŚCIE! Zawody speedcubingowe są bardzo przyjaznym miejscem i mamy nadzieję, że będziesz je dobrze wspominał!

Welcome to everyone starting their journey with official WCA competitions!
We ensure you, that our competition is friendly to everyone regardless of age and experience. Though, we ask you to be sure you are prepared with knowledge about the competition rules beforehand.
All competitors MUST be familiar with WCA Regulations, which can be found here.
We know that there are lots and lots of points in the regulations, that can be hard to understand for new competitors, therefore we also suggest to watch the competitor tutorial done by Kit Clement that can be found here.
Additionally, there will be a competitor tutorial for newcomers held directly at the venue on Saturday morning, where you will be able to confirm your knowledge about all the important factors of official attempts.

FAQ:
Do I need to use my own cube?
- Yes, you have to compete with your own cube or you can borrow it from a friend etc.
Do spectators have to pay?
- Each competitor is permitted to bring only one guest to the venue, more guests will have to pay 5PLN at the entrance.
What is the normal age of competitors at these events?
- All ages are welcome, but in general competitors are between 10 and 20 years old.
How do the competitions look like?
- Cubing competitions are places where you can meet lots of people you can talk with about your hobbies and interests. Integration goes on par with friendly competition, where you can spectate your friends' attempts and watch the best competitors perform.
Where can I see my results?
- Official results are announced a few days after the competition in the "General Info" tab, though you can track your own results in real time on WCA Live.
Are there age divisions?
- No, everyone competes in the same division.
Will I have fun at the competition?
- OF COURSE! Cubing competitions are friendly for everyone and we are certain you will enjoy our event!

Osoba pojawia się na liście zaakceptowanych zawodników dopiero po uiszczeniu oplaty wpisowej. Kolejność akceptacji zawodników na listę zależy od kolejności księgowania opłat wpisowych.
Organizator zastrzega sobie możliwość zmiany harmonogramu. W związku z możliwością lekkiego przyspieszenia lub opóźnienia danej konkurencji prosimy o obecność minimum 20 minut przed planowanym startem waszej konkurencji.

A person appears on the accepted competitors list only after paying the entry fee. The order of the registrations' acceptance depends on the order of processed payments.
Organizer reserves the right to make changes in the schedule. Because of the possibility of the competition running slightly ahead or behind the schedule, we ask you to arrive at the competition at least 20 minutes before your event starts.

Jeżeli któryś z zawodników z głównej listy zrezygnuje przed niedzielą, 30 marca 2025 19:00 CEST pierwsza osoba z listy rezerwowej zostanie zaakceptowana na listę zawodników. Competitors who completed their registration after competitors limit was reached will be put onto the waiting list. If any competitor from main list resigns before Sunday, Mar 30th, 2025 at 7:00 PM CEST first person from the waiting list will be accepted into the competitors list. Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
