How do I register

• You need to pay in advance the registration fee in order to complete your registration. No registrations will be accepted without payouts.

1. Register for the competition here
2. After registration you'll be able to see the button to pay the €12 registration fee;
3. Remember to check your email address: an email containing more details about the competition will be sent 1-2 weeks before the event.

Note: You will be considered registered only after you have paid the registration fee.

Number of participants
There is a limit of 60 competitors. If the limit is reached, there will be a waiting list.

When can I register
Registration will open on March 9th at 21:00 (CET) and close on April 1st.

How much does it cost
The registration fee for this competition is:

• €12 (Euro) for Cubing Italy Cubing Italy Members (note: this membership is free, see more below).
• €22 (Euro) for Cubing Italy non-members (note: non-members will have to pay €12 online plus €10 on site if they decide not to become Member).

How can I become a Member?
Becoming a Cubing Italy Member is free and does not imply any obligation towards the association.
Membership is valid until you request cancellation.

You can become a member by filling out this form on the Cubing Italy website. The Board of Directors will contact you to confirm the membership with Cubing Italy as taken place.
For children under the age of 16 a parent's authorization is required. If you are under 16 years old, fill in the form with your data and send it anyway. The Board of Directors will contact you within a few days, sending you the authorization to be filled in and sent back signed by a parent.

Alternatively, it is possible to associate on site.

Can I get a refund?
If your registration is cancelled before 23:59 (CET) of April 3rd you will be refunded a 100% of your registration fee. If you wish to cancel your registration, contact comunicazione@cubingitaly.org.

Are spectators allowed?
Spectators are allowed, can attend for free.

Come mi registro?

• Il costo di registrazione deve essere pagato in anticipo online per poter completare il processo di registrazione. Nessuna registrazione sarà accettata senza pagamento.

1. Registrati per la competizione qui.
2. Una volta scelti gli eventi, e inviata l'iscrizione, comparirà il bottone per pagare i €12 della tassa d'iscrizione;
3. Ricordati di controllare la tua casella di posta elettronica: una email contenente maggiori dettagli sulla competizione sarà inviata 1-2 settimane prima della competizione.

Nota: sarai considerato iscritto solo una volta pagata la tassa di iscrizione.

Numero di partecipanti
C'è un limite di 60 partecipanti. Una volta raggiunto il limite, sarà aperta una lista d'attesa.

Quando posso registrarmi?
Le registrazioni aprono il 9 marzo alle 21:00 (CET) e chiudono il 1 Aprile.

Quanto costa?
Il costo di registrazione a questa competizione è:

• €12 (Euro) per i Soci di Cubing Italy (nota: associarsi è gratutito, maggiori informazioni sotto).
• €22 (Euro) per i non soci di Cubing Italy (nota: i non soci dovranno pagare €12 online più €10 in loco nel caso decidessero di non associarsi).

Come posso associarmi?
Associarsi è gratuito e non comporta alcun obbligo verso l’associazione.
Il tesseramento ha validitá permanente, fino ad una cancellazione volontaria.

È possibile associarsi compilando questo form sul sito di Cubing Italy. Il Consiglio Direttivo ti contatterà per confermarti dell'avvenuta associazione a Cubing Italy.
Per i minori di 16 anni è necessaria l'autorizzazione di un genitore. Se hai meno di 16 anni, compila comunque il form con i tuoi dati e invialo. Il Consiglio Direttivo ti contatterà entro pochi giorni, inviandoti l'autorizzazione da compilare e rimandare firmata da un genitore.

Alternativamente è possibile associarsi in loco.

Posso avere un rimborso?
Se cancelli la tua registrazione prima delle 23:59 (CET) del 3 aprile hai diritto al rimborso del 100% della tassa di iscrizione. Se desideri cancellare la tua registrazione, scrivi a comunicazione@cubingitaly.org.

Sono ammessi spettatori?
Gli spettatori sono ammessi e possono accedere gratuitamente.

All attendees (excluded under 12) are required to have a valid EU Digital Covid-19 Certificate of recovery or vaccination (Super Green Pass) to enter the venue. A negative test will not be accepted.

The competition will take place in compliance with the laws in force.
For the sake of your health and safety, we will enforce the following restrictions during the event.
1. Competitors must not attend the competition if they are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, or if they were exposed to someone with COVID-19 in the week prior to the event. Symptoms include fever, cough, fatigue and diarrhea. If this occurs to you, the organizers will offer you a full refund.
2. Everyone must wear an FFP2 mask at all times inside the venue, covering both nose and mouth.
3. Attendees will have to avoid unnecessary interactions and keep at least 1m (3ft) away from others when possible.
4. We encourage competitors to bring their own pen to the competition. Cubing Italy will still provide plenty for everybody.
5. Hand sanitizer will be widely available for use at the competitors’ pleasure. Organizers will encourage to use it throughout the day.
6. The competition will be using a fixed seating system and there will be no competitor waiting area. This means that when you compete, you will complete all of your attempts in one sitting with the same judge, instead of being called to a different station for each attempt.
7. Officials and staff will be following special procedures to continue to lower chance of transmission of COVID-19, such as utilizing sanitizer frequently and distancing.

Note: If the restrictions change, and thus also the rules of our event, this tab will be updated accordingly and information about the change will be sent to the competitors' email.

La competizione si svolgerà nel rispetto delle leggi vigenti.
Per salvaguardare la vostra salute e sicurezza, applicheremo le seguenti restrizioni durante l'evento.
1. I concorrenti non devono partecipare alla competizione se manifestano sintomi del COVID-19 o se sono entrati in contatto con un positivo nella settimana precedente alla competizione. I sintomi includono febbre, tosse, affaticamento e diarrea. In questo caso, gli organizzatori offriranno un rimborso completo.
2. Tutti presenti devono indossare sempre una mascherina FFP2 all'interno del locale, coprendo sia il naso che la bocca.
3. I partecipanti dovranno evitare le interazioni non necessarie e mantenersi ad almeno 1 m di distanza dagli altri quando possibile.
4. Incoraggiamo i partecipanti a portare la propria penna alla competizione. Cubing Italy fornirà comunque abbastanza penne per tutti quanti.
5. Il disinfettante per le mani sarà disponibile in grandi quantità per tutti i partecipanti. Gli organizzatori ricorderanno frequentemente di usarlo durante il giorno.
6. La competizione utilizzerà un sistema di postazioni fisse e non ci sarà l'area partecipanti. Ciò significa che quando gareggi, completerai tutti i tuoi tentativi alla stessa postazione e con lo stesso giudice, invece di essere chiamato a una postazione diversa per ogni risoluzione.
7. Lo staff e il personale seguiranno procedure speciali per ridurre le possibilità di trasmissione di COVID-19, come l'utilizzo frequente di disinfettante, l’utilizzo di guanti e il distanziamento sociale.

Nota: se le restrizioni cambiano, e quindi anche le regole del nostro evento, questa scheda verrà aggiornata di conseguenza e le informazioni sulla modifica verranno inviate all'e-mail dei concorrenti.

Travel

The venue is easily accessible by car.
For those coming from afar or from abroad, it is advisable to take a train or plane to Venice (if you take the train, destination Santa Lucia train station). Then take the Venice-Adria line from Santa Lucia station and get off at the "Cavarzere Centro" station.

Accommodation

For those wishing to arrive the day before the competition, we recommend: "Hotel Momi's" (1.3 km from the gym) and B&B daAndrea (4 places available, 1.1 km from the gym).

Viaggio

La venue è facilmente raggiungibile in macchina.
Per chi viene da lontano o dall'estero, è consigliabile prendere un treno o un aereo con destinazione Venezia (se prendete il treno, destinazione stazione Santa Lucia) e successivamente prendere la linea territoriale Venezia-Adria dalla stazione Santa Lucia, scendendo alla fermata "Cavarzere centro".

Pernottamento

Per chi volesse arrivare il giorno prima della competizione o alloggiare una notte nel paese della venue, sono consigliati: "Hotel Momi's" (1.3 km dalla palestra) e B&B daAndrea (posti disponibili 4, 1.1 km dalla palestra).

At the Cafè Maestrale bar there will be a convention for participants and companions of the competition. Advance booking is required (by 10 am for the lunch, by the 3 pm for the dinner) to allow express preparation in the right quantities. The agreement is valid for lunch, at the table and for take away.

• Sandwich choice between: "HOMER" (250g heifer meat, fontina cheese, cheddar, bacon and salad), "POLDO" (250g heifer meat, egg, fontina cheese, cheddar, bacon and salad) and "MESSICO & NUVOLE" (250g heifer meat, fontina cheese, cheddar, bacon, salad and spicy sauce), soft drink or Becks beer and coffee 10 €.
• Piadina to choose from: "LA CLASSICA" (raw ham, cheese and mushroom sauce), "ROD & TODD" (ham, and cheese) and "ONTA" (sausage, cippola, peppers and cheese), soft drink or Becks beer and coffee € 10.

At the Paioa restaurant there will be an agreement for participants and companions of the competition. Advance booking is required (by the day before the competition) to allow express preparation in the right quantities, by contacting Mattia Zago on Instagram (mattia.zago_), with the menu you want to consume. The agreement is valid for lunch and dinner, at the table.

• Meat menu: risotto with sausage and radicchio, roast turkey in the oven surrounded by fried potatoes, drinks, coffee € 20.
• Fish menu: risotto alla pescatora, fried fish surrounded by fried potatoes, drinks, coffee € 20.
• Pizza menu: choice of pizza, drinks, coffee € 15.

Al bar Cafè Maestrale ci sarà una convenzione per partecipanti e accompagnatori della competizione. È richiesta la prenotazione anticipata (entro le 10 per il pranzo, entro le 15 per la cena) per permettere la preparazione espressa nelle giuste quantità. La convenzione è valida pranzo e cena, al tavolo e per asporto.

• Panino a scelta tra: "HOMER" (carne 250g scottona, fontina, cheddar, bacon e insalata), "POLDO" (carne 250g scottona, uovoall'occhio di bue, fontina, cheddar, bacon e insalata) e "MESSICO & NUVOLE" (carne 250g scottona, fontina, cheddar, bacon, insalata e salsa piccante), bibita o Birra Becks e caffè 10€.
• Piadina a scelta tra: "LA CLASSICA" (prosciutto crudo, formaggio e salsa ai funghi), "ROD & TODD" (prosciutto cotto, e formaggio) e "ONTA" (salsiccia, cippola, peperoni e formaggio), bibita o Birra Becks e caffè 10€.

Al ristorante Paioa ci sarà una convenzione per partecipanti e accompagnatori della competizione. È richiesta la prenotazione anticipata (entro il giorno prima della competizione) per permettere la preparazione espressa nelle giuste quantità, contattando Mattia Zago su Instagram (mattia.zago_), con il menù che volete consumare. La convenzione è valida pranzo e cena, al tavolo.

• Menù carne: risotto salsiccia e radicchio, arrosto di tacchino al forno contornato da patate fritte, bevande, caffè 20 €.
• Menù pesce: risotto alla pescatora, frittura di pesce contornato da patate fritte, bevande, caffè 20 €.
• Menù pizza: pizza a scelta, bevande, caffè 15 €.

What is it?

• Consulting: We offer our knowledge and experience about the world of speedcubing and Rubik's Cubes
• Diffusion: We promote and publicize events of local communities related to speedcubing.

The competition is officially recognized by the World Cube Association, therefore competitors are required to know the WCA Regulations.
All the competitors must be available to help during the competition. This means that if required, they'll have to act as judges or scramblers.
During the competition competitors will be divided into groups.
