Registration Reminders
Registration will close on Friday May 30th, 2025 at 8 pm. You must register and pay the registration fee before your registration can be accepted. Unpaid registrations will not be accepted. See the Competitor List and Waiting List sections near the bottom of this page for more details. Competitor Requirements
This competition is recognized as an official World Cube Association competition. Therefore, all competitors should be familiar with the WCA regulations. There is a competitor limit of 100 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is $45 (Canadian Dollar).
The registration fee has to be paid through Stripe here once registered.
If your registration is cancelled before Saturday, May 31, 2025 at 12:00 AM UTC you will be refunded 75% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Saturday, May 31, 2025 at 12:00 AM UTC.
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until Saturday, May 31, 2025 at 12:00 AM UTC on the Register tab.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Spectators are only permitted as companions of competitors.
Competitors may bring at most 2 guests.

Liste des compétiteurs
Les personnes inscrites doivent payer les frais d'inscription afin d'être ajoutées à la liste des compétiteurs. Les organisateurs acceptent manuellement les inscriptions une par une, dans l'ordre de paiement des droits d'inscription. Il se peut donc que vous deviez attendre un certain temps avant que votre nom n'apparaisse sur la liste des participants.
Lorsque la liste des compétiteurs atteint la limite de 100 compétiteurs, les personnes qui ont payé les frais d'inscription seront ajoutées à la liste d'attente au lieu de la liste des compétiteurs. En raison de la limite de compétiteurs, le fait de compléter votre inscription pendant la période d'inscription initiale ne vous garantit pas une place sur la liste des compétiteurs.
Liste d'attente
La liste d'attente est ordonnée en fonction de l'horodatage du paiement des droits d'inscription par les inscrits. Pour des raisons de confidentialité, cette liste n'est pas accessible au public. Si vous êtes ajouté à la liste d'attente, vous en serez informé par un e-mail de l'équipe de l'Organisation.
Toute personne figurant sur la liste d'attente qui souhaite être retirée de la liste d'attente peut contacter les organisateurs pour supprimer son inscription et être remboursée à 100% de ses frais d'inscription.
Si la liste des compétiteurs se remplit rapidement, l'inscription pourrait se terminer plus tôt que la date initialement prévue (30 mai 2025). La liste d'attente sera fermée en même temps que les inscriptions.
Si une personne sur la liste des compétiteurs supprime son inscription, la personne en tête de la liste d'attente sera déplacée vers la liste des compétiteurs. Après le 30 mai 2025 la liste des compétiteurs sera clôturée et les personnes inscrites qui figurent encore sur la liste d'attente seront remboursées à 100 % de leurs frais d'inscription.

Competitor List
Registrants must pay the registration fee in order to be added to the competitor list. Organizers manually accept registrations one at a time in the order the registration fees are paid, so you may have to wait a while before your name could show up on the competitor list.
Once the competitor list reaches the 100 competitor limit, registrants who pay the registration fee will be added to the waiting list instead of the competitor list. Due to the competitor limit, completing your registration within the initial registration period does not guarantee you a spot on the competitor list.
Waiting List
The waiting list is ordered based on the timestamp that registrants paid the registration fee. For privacy reasons, this list is not available to the public. If you are added to the waiting list you will be informed via an email from the Organization team.
Anyone on the waiting list who wishes to be removed from the waiting list may contact the organizers to delete their registration and be refunded 100% of their registration fee.
If the competitor list fills up quickly, registration could close earlier than the originally listed date (May 30th, 2025). The waiting list will close at the same time that registration closes.
If anyone on the competitor list deletes their registration, the person at the top of the waiting list will be moved to the competitor list. After May 30th, 2025, the competitor list will be finalized and registrants who are still on the waiting list will be refunded 100% of their registration fee.

La compétition se déroulera dans la gymnase du Cégep Héritage à Hull. L'entrée du gymnase est indiquée par un « X » vert sur le plan ci-dessus.

Pour se rendre sur Cégep Heritage:
* Prendre l'autoroute 5 jusqu'à la sortie Mont-Bleu.
* Suivre Mont-Bleu jusqu'à Cité-des-Jeunes, puis tourner à gauche. La destination se trouve alors sur la droite.

Le Cégep Héritage est desservi par plusieurs lignes d'autobus de Gatineau, dont les lignes 33, 35, 49, 50, 56 et 64.

The competition will be taking place in the gymnasium of Cégep Heritage in Hull. The entrance to the gymnasium is marked with a green "X" on the map above.

Driving
To get to Cégep Heritage:
* Take Autoroute 5 to the exit for Mont-Bleu.
* Follow Mont-Bleu to Cité-des-Jeunes, then turn left. Then the destination will be on the right.
Public Transit
Cégep Heritage is served by many Gatineau bus routes, including routes 33, 35, 49, 50, 56, and 64.

Ces groupes sont ceux dans lesquels vous êtes affecté durant la compétition, au jugement et/ou au scramble lors d'une épreuve à laquelle vous êtes inscrit.
Conformément aux règlements 1e2 et 1f2, tous les compétiteurs doivent être disponibles pour aider à juger et à faire du scramble. Si vous n'êtes pas sûr comment juger, veuillez consulter le règlement de WCA, regardez cette vidéo tutorielle pour les juges, ou demandez à l'un des délégués de WCA lors de la compétition.
Prévoyez d'arriver à chacun de vos groupes cinq minutes avant le début de la compétition. Si vous arrivez trop tard à votre groupe, vous risquez de ne pas être autorisé à participer à l'épreuve en question.

Live results: will be available a few days before the competition
These groups are when you are assigned to compete, judge and/or scramble during an event you are registered for.
Per Regulations 1e2 and 1f2, all competitors must be available to help judge and scramble. If you're unsure how to judge, please review the WCA Regulations, watch this judging video tutorial, or ask one of the WCA Delegates at the competition.
Please plan to arrive to each of your groups five minutes before it is scheduled to begin. Showing up excessively late to your group may result in not being allowed to compete in that event.
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
