本大会は BLD大会推進有志の会 による 3x3x3 目隠し、4x4x4 目隠し、7x7x7 キューブの大会です。
本大会では会場への入場者数を制限しています。
飛び込みでの競技参加はできません。同伴を希望の場合、参加申し込み時に同伴者数をご記入ください。
見学を希望の場合、申し込みは不要です。但し、当日の状況により見学者を制限する可能性があります。
詳細は"見学や競技者への同伴"のタブをご確認ください。This competition is a 3x3x3 blindfold, 4x4x4 blindfold, and 7x7x7 cube competition by Volunteer Association to Promote BLD Competition.
The number of persons in the venue is controlled.
If you want to observe the event, no application is required. However, the number of observers may be limited depending on the conditions on the day of the event.

There is a competitor limit of 60 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is ¥3,000 (Japanese Yen).
If your registration is cancelled before Friday, June 16, 2023 at 1:00 PM UTC you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Friday, June 16, 2023 at 1:00 PM UTC.
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until Friday, June 16, 2023 at 1:00 PM UTC by contacting the organization team.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.

参加資格 / Qualification
特別な参加要件はなく、年齢、性別、国籍を問わず参加申し込みが可能です。
ただし、種目ごとに制限タイムが設定されています。
詳細は "開催種目" タブをご確認ください。No qualification is required for your registration, but the Time limit is applied for each event. Please check "Events" Tab for details.
参加申し込み / Registration
参加申し込みはスピードキュービングジャパン内の専用ページにて行います。この WCA 大会ページからはお申し込みいただけません。
本大会ではキャッシュレスの完全事前決済制を採用しています。
現金支払いには対応いたしません。クレジットカードなどの決済手段をご用意ください。参加申し込みは参加費のお支払い手続きが完了した時点で有効となり、その後先着順で承認されます。
この承認は実行委員会の手作業なので、数日の時間差が生じることがあります。参加申し込み時点で定員に達していた場合はキャンセル待ちとなり、支払いが完了していても参加承認されない場合があるので予めご了承ください。
キャンセル待ち状態の方は、参加承認済みのどなたかがキャンセルした場合に先着順で承認されます。参加申し込み期間の終了後、この繰り上げ措置は行いません。参加申し込みの期限は大会申込み期間の終了と同じです。

This competition uses a completely pre-paid cashless system.
Cash payments will not be accepted. Please prepare a credit card or other ways in advance.Your registration application will be validated upon completion of the registration fee payment process, and will then be approved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Since this approval is a manual operation by the Organizing team, a slight time delay will exist.Your registration will be added to the waiting list when the number of participants has already reached the limit. Then your registration may not be approved even if payment has been completed. Registrations on the waiting list will be approved if any one of the accepted competitors withdraws themselves. All competitors still on the waiting list after registration periods will be removed.
The due date for advance payment is as same as the end of the registration period.

参加申し込みの承認後に登録内容を変更したい場合（例：参加種目の追加、同伴者人数の変更など）、または参加をキャンセルする場合は、otablindsummer2023@speedcubing.or.jpまで必ず連絡してください。
If you would like to change your registration (e.g. changing events, number of guests) or withdraw from the competition, please email the organization team at otablindsummer2023@speedcubing.or.jp.
参加費 / Registration fees
基本登録料2,000円に加え、1種目あたり1,000円が必要です。
例1：3x3x3 目隠し1種目のみに参加される場合、
2,000 + 1,000 x 1 = 3,000円例2：3x3x3 目隠し、4x4x4 目隠し、7x7x7 キューブの合計3種目に参加される場合、
2,000 + 1,000 x 3 = 5,000円Basic fee: 2,000 JPY

申込期間内に限り登録内容の変更が可能です。
種目の増減などのご希望があれば、個別のメールにてご相談ください。参加費に生じる差額の調整方法についてご連絡いたします。

会場内での衛生・安全のため、すべての来場者の方々は以下の事項および実行委員会の指示に従っていただきます。
個別に配慮を要する特別な事情があれば、必ず事前にお問い合わせください。
- すべての来場者に新型コロナワクチンの接種を強く推奨します。
- マスクの着用有無は各自の判断でお願いします。
- 風邪や発熱などの症状がある場合には来場しないでください。
- 本人に症状がなくとも、検査が陽性あるいは濃厚接触者と判明した等の理由で隔離が必要と判断される場合には来場しないでください。
- 他者との間には十分な距離を保ち、密を避けてください。
All attendees are required to follow below and instructions of the organizing team for the sake of health and safety.
If you have any particular reason to be treated specially, please be sure to inform us in advance.
- All attendees are strongly recommended to be fully vaccinated.
- All attendees have individual discretion whether wearing mask or not.

本大会では競技の上位3名を表彰し、賞状を授与します。
また、国内記録・大陸記録・世界記録のいずれかを更新した選手についても、表彰し、賞状を授与します。
The top 3 competitors in the event will be awarded a certificate.
Also, competitors who break either the national, continental, or world record will be awarded a certificate.

As a general rule, competitors may bring at most one guest who is a family member or a caregiver of him/her. Please enter the number of guest when you apply for participation in the competition.

WCA 大会に参加すると、あなたの個人情報の一部（名前、国籍、性別）と WCA 競技結果を含むプロフィールがこのように公開されます。
（登録された個人情報のうち生年月日は非公開です。また、写真の登録は任意です。）
このため、初回参加時には WCA アカウントに登録する名前、国籍、性別、生年月日などの個人情報を確認するための身分証の提示を WCA 代理人より求める場合があります。予めご了承ください。
After you participate in your first WCA competition, your profile will be made publicly like this link, including some of your personal information (name, nationality, and gender) and your WCA competition results.
(Your date of birth will remain private, and registration of your photo is depends on your preference.)
For this reason, the WCA Delegate may ask you to present identification proof to verify your name, nationality, gender, date of birth that will be registered in your WCA account when you first join the WCA competition.

大会に参加する前に、以下をご了承ください。
- 18歳未満の方の参加には、保護者の同意が必要です。
- 個人情報の取扱は、WCAプライバシーポリシーに準じます。
- 参加者の計測結果、名前、国籍、性別はインターネット上に公開されます。
- 生年月日および連絡先は、本人の同意なく公開されません。
- 広報活動や記録を目的に、撮影した写真や映像を大会運営者のHPなどで使用することがあります。
- 各種メディアにより、大会の様子が撮影されたり、大会参加者が取材を受けることがあります。
- 大会の中止がイベント直前に告知される場合があります。
Please agree the following precautions before registration:
- If you are under 18 years of age, please get the consent of your parent before registration.
- Personal data treatment follows WCA Privacy Statement.
- Participant's name (full name), nationality, and gender will be disclosed on the Internet.
- Birth date and contact information will not be disclosed to the outside without the consent of the person.
- For the purpose of recording and PR, organizer may take photos / videos of the competition and use them on the website, SNS etc.
- Competition may be filmed, and competitor may be interviewed by some media.
- Competition may be canceled even after your registration is approved from some reason.
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
