新型コロナウイルス感染症 (COVID-19) 対策のため、すべての来場者の方々は以下の事項および実行委員会の指示に従っていただきます。
個別に配慮を要する特別な事情があれば、必ず事前にお問い合わせください。

• すべての来場者に新型コロナワクチンの接種を強く推奨します。
• 常に不織布マスクを着用してください。
• マスクは鼻にすき間なくフィットさせ、しっかりと着用してください。顔に密着しないタイプのフェイスガードは飛沫拡散防止効果が低いため、マスクの代替として認めません。
• 見学や競技参加者の同伴としての来場は事前申請制です。競技者への同伴は原則として競技者の家族や介助者のみとし、競技者1人につき1名とします。同伴がある場合は、大会の参加申し込みをする際に人数を入力してください。
• 同伴者以外で、見学を希望する場合は "見学や競技者への同伴" タブの見学希望者用フォームから申し込んでください。事前申請のない同伴者や見学者は入場をお断りします。
• 風邪や発熱など、COVID-19 に類似の症状がある場合には来場しないでください。
• 本人に症状がなくとも、検査が陽性あるいは濃厚接触者と判明した等の理由で隔離が必要と判断される場合には来場しないでください。
• 他者との間には十分な距離を保ち、密を避けてください。

All attendees are required to follow below and instructions of the organizing team.
If you have any particular reason to be treated specially, please be sure to inform us in advance.

• All attendees are strongly recommended to be fully vaccinated.
• Always wear a non-woven face mask to prevent the spread of droplets.
• Guests and spectators must apply in different ways in advance. As a general rule, competitors may bring at most one guest who is a family member or a caregiver of him/her. Please enter the number of guest when you apply for participation in the competition.
• Spectators must fill in the application form in "Application for spectators" tab in advance. Guests and spectators who did not apply in advance will NOT be permitted to enter the venue.
• Please do not attend the competition if you have symptoms related to COVID-19 such as cough, fever, shortness of breath, etc.
• Please do not attend the competition if your isolation deemed to necessary because of a positive COVID-19 test or prolonged exposure to someone with the virus.
• Please keep a sufficient distance and avoid close contact with others.

本大会では競技の上位3名を表彰し、賞状を授与します。
また、国内記録・大陸記録・世界記録のいずれかを更新した選手についても、表彰し、賞状を授与します。

The top 3 competitors in the event will be awarded a certificate.
Also, competitors who break either the national, continental, or world record will be awarded a certificate.

新型コロナウイルス感染症 (COVID-19) 対策のため、本大会では会場への入場者数を制限しています。飛び込みでの入場はできません。
競技者以外の入場者は、見学者もしくは競技者への同伴者として事前に申請が必要です。
競技者への同伴は原則として競技者の家族や介助者のみとし、競技者1人につき1名とします。同伴がある場合は、大会の参加申し込みをする際に人数を入力してください。
見学をご希望の場合は、実行委員会宛に見学希望者用フォームにて12/11までに申請してください。参加者の混雑状況を考慮してお返事いたします。

The number of persons in the venue is controlled as COVID-19 countermeasure.
If you are not a competitor or their guest and that you want to observe the competition, application is required in advance.
As a general rule, competitors may bring at most one guest who is a family member or a caregiver of him/her. Please enter the number of guest when you apply for participation in the competition.
Spectators must apply using the form to the organization team before 11th December.

WCA 大会に参加すると、あなたの個人情報の一部（名前、国籍、性別）と WCA 競技結果を含むプロフィールがこのように公開されます。
（登録された個人情報のうち生年月日は非公開です。また、写真の登録は任意です。）
このため、初回参加時には WCA アカウントに登録する名前、国籍、性別、生年月日などの個人情報を確認するための身分証の提示を WCA 代理人より求める場合があります。予めご了承ください。

After you participate in your first WCA competition, your profile will be made publicly like this link, including some of your personal information (name, nationality, and gender) and your WCA competition results.
(Your date of birth will remain private, and registration of your photo is depends on your preference.)
For this reason, the WCA Delegate may ask you to present identification proof to verify your name, nationality, gender, date of birth that will be registered in your WCA account when you first join the WCA competition.

大会に参加する前に、以下をご了承ください。

• 18歳未満の方の参加には、保護者の同意が必要です。
• 個人情報の取扱は、WCAプライバシーポリシーに準じます。
• 参加者の計測結果、名前、国籍、性別はインターネット上に公開されます。
• 生年月日および連絡先は、本人の同意なく公開されません。
• 広報活動や記録を目的に、撮影した写真や映像を大会運営者のHPなどで使用することがあります。
• 各種メディアにより、大会の様子が撮影されたり、大会参加者が取材を受けることがあります。
• COVID-19感染予防対策により、大会の中止がイベント直前に告知される場合があります。

Please agree the following precautions before registration:

• If you are under 18 years of age, please get the consent of your parent before registration.
• Personal data treatment follows WCA Privacy Statement.
• Participant's name (full name), nationality, and gender will be disclosed on the Internet.
• Birth date and contact information will not be disclosed to the outside without the consent of the person.
• For the purpose of recording and PR, organizer may take photos / videos of the competition and use them on the website, SNS etc.
• Competition may be filmed, and competitor may be interviewed by some media.
• Competition may be canceled even after your registration is approved from some reason related to COVID-19.
