本大会は、滋賀県大津市のびわ湖のほとりで行われる大会です。
会場の広さに限りがあるため、本大会では競技者以外の来場は事前にお申込みいただいている場合を除いてお断りいたします。
見学および競技者の付き添いを希望される場合は必ず9/16までにフォームにてお申込みください。 詳細は"見学や競技者への同伴"のタブをご確認ください。This competition is held in Otsu City, Shiga Pref. The venue is on the shores of the Biwako Lake, which is the largest lake in Japan.
Due to the limited size of the venue, no visitors will be allowed to enter at the venue unless registered in advance.
If you wish to observe or accompany competitors, please be sure to apply to the organization team before 16th September.

There is a competitor limit of 80 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is ¥3,000 (Japanese Yen).
If your registration is cancelled before Monday, July 31, 2023 at 3:00 AM UTC you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Monday, July 31, 2023 at 3:00 AM UTC.
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until Monday, July 31, 2023 at 3:00 AM UTC by contacting the organization team.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Spectators are only permitted as companions of competitors.
Competitors may bring at most 1 guest.

特別な参加要件はなく、年齢、性別、国籍を問わず参加申し込みが可能です。

参加申し込み / Registration
参加申し込みはスピードキュービングジャパン内の専用ページにて行います。この WCA 大会ページからはお申し込みいただけません。
本大会ではキャッシュレスの完全事前決済制を採用しています。
現金支払いには対応いたしません。クレジットカードなどの決済手段をご用意ください。参加申し込みは参加費のお支払い手続きが完了した時点で有効となり、その後先着順で承認されます。
この承認は実行委員会の手作業なので、数日の時間差が生じることがあります。参加申し込み時点で定員に達していた場合はキャンセル待ちとなり、支払いが完了していても参加承認されない場合があるので予めご了承ください。
キャンセル待ち状態の方は、参加承認済みのどなたかがキャンセルした場合に先着順で承認されます。参加申し込み期間の終了後、この繰り上げ措置は行いません。参加申し込みの期限は大会申込み期間の終了と同じです。

This competition uses a completely pre-paid cashless system.
Cash payments will not be accepted. Please prepare a credit card or other ways in advance.Your registration application will be validated upon completion of the registration fee payment process, and will then be approved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Since this approval is a manual operation by the Organizing team, a slight time delay will exist.Your registration will be added to the waiting list when the number of participants has already reached the limit. Then your registration may not be approved even if payment has been completed. Registrations on the waiting list will be approved if any one of the accepted competitors withdraws themselves. All competitors still on the waiting list after registration periods will be removed.
The due date for advance payment is as same as the end of the registration period.

基本登録料2,500円に加え、1種目あたり500円が必要です。
例１：3x3x3 キューブ1種目のみに参加される場合、
2,500 + 500 x 1 = 3,000円例２：3x3x3 キューブ、3x3x3 片手、 スクエア 1の合計3種目に参加される場合、
2,500 + 500 x 3 = 4,000円Basic fee: 2,500 JPY

申込期間内に限り登録内容の変更が可能です。
種目の増減などのご希望があれば、個別のメールにてご相談ください。参加費に生じる差額の調整方法についてご連絡いたします。

本大会では競技の上位3名を表彰し、賞状を授与します。
また、国内記録・大陸記録・世界記録のいずれかを更新した選手についても、表彰し、賞状を授与します。
The top 3 competitors in the event will be awarded a certificate.
Also, competitors who break either the national, continental, or world record will be awarded a certificate.

見学をご希望の場合は、実行委員会宛に見学希望者用フォームにて9/16までに申請してください。参加者の混雑状況を考慮してお返事いたします。

After you participate in your first WCA competition, your profile will be made publicly like this link, including some of your personal information (name, nationality, and gender) and your WCA competition results.
(Your date of birth will remain private, and registration of your photo is depends on your preference.)
For this reason, the WCA Delegate may ask you to present identification proof to verify your name, nationality, gender, date of birth that will be registered in your WCA account when you first join the WCA competition.

大会に参加する前に、以下をご了承ください。
- 18歳未満の方の参加には、保護者の同意が必要です。
- 個人情報の取扱は、WCAプライバシーポリシーに準じます。
- 参加者の計測結果、名前、国籍、性別はインターネット上に公開されます。
- 生年月日および連絡先は、本人の同意なく公開されません。
- 広報活動や記録を目的に、撮影した写真や映像を大会運営者のHPなどで使用することがあります。
- 各種メディアにより、大会の様子が撮影されたり、大会参加者が取材を受けることがあります。

Please agree the following precautions before registration:
- If you are under 18 years of age, please get the consent of your parent before registration.
- Personal data treatment follows WCA Privacy Statement.
- Participant's name (full name), nationality, and gender will be disclosed on the Internet.
- Birth date and contact information will not be disclosed to the outside without the consent of the person.
- For the purpose of recording and PR, organizer may take photos / videos of the competition and use them on the website, SNS etc.
- Competition may be filmed, and competitor may be interviewed by some media.
- Competition may be canceled even after your registration is approved from some reason.
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
