There is a competitor limit of 65 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is $45 (Canadian Dollar).
The registration fee has to be paid through Stripe here once registered.
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 75% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until on the Register tab.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Spectators are only permitted as companions of competitors.

Guest Limit

Space is limited in the venue and our priority is allowing as many competitors as possible to compete within our limited venue space. There are many open spaces around the campus that can be used instead.

Competitors may bring at most two (2) guests.

Competitor List

Registrants must pay the registration fee in order to be added to the competitor list. Organizers manually accept registrations one at a time in the order the registration fees are paid, so you may have to wait a while before your name could show up on the competitor list.

Once the competitor list reaches the 65 competitor limit, registrants who pay the registration fee will be added to the waiting list instead of the competitor list. Due to the competitor limit, completing your registration within the initial registration period does not guarantee you a spot on the competitor list.

Waiting List

The waiting list is ordered based on the timestamp that registrants paid the registration fee. For privacy reasons, this list is not available to the public. If you are added to the waiting list you will be informed via an email from the Organization team.

Anyone on the waiting list who wishes to be removed from the waiting list may contact the organizers to delete their registration and be refunded 100% of their registration fee.

If the competitor list fills up quickly, registration could close earlier than the originally listed date (November 8th, 2024). The waiting list will close at the same time that registration closes.

If anyone on the competitor list deletes their registration, the person at the top of the waiting list will be moved to the competitor list. After November 8th, 2024, the competitor list will be finalized and registrants who are still on the waiting list will be refunded 100% of their registration fee.

Liste des compétiteurs

Les personnes inscrites doivent payer les frais d'inscription afin d'être ajoutées à la liste des compétiteurs. Les organisateurs acceptent manuellement les inscriptions une par une, dans l'ordre de paiement des droits d'inscription. Il se peut donc que vous deviez attendre un certain temps avant que votre nom n'apparaisse sur la liste des participants.

Lorsque la liste des compétiteurs atteint la limite de 65 compétiteurs, les personnes qui ont payé les frais d'inscription seront ajoutées à la liste d'attente au lieu de la liste des compétiteurs. En raison de la limite de compétiteurs, le fait de compléter votre inscription pendant la période d'inscription initiale ne vous garantit pas une place sur la liste des compétiteurs.

Liste d'attente

La liste d'attente est ordonnée en fonction de l'horodatage du paiement des droits d'inscription par les inscrits. Pour des raisons de confidentialité, cette liste n'est pas accessible au public. Si vous êtes ajouté à la liste d'attente, vous en serez informé par un e-mail de l'équipe de l'Organisation.

Toute personne figurant sur la liste d'attente qui souhaite être retirée de la liste d'attente peut contacter les organisateurs pour supprimer son inscription et être remboursée à 100% de ses frais d'inscription.

Si la liste des compétiteurs se remplit rapidement, l'inscription pourrait se terminer plus tôt que la date initialement prévue (8 novembre 2024). La liste d'attente sera fermée en même temps que les inscriptions.

Si une personne sur la liste des compétiteurs supprime son inscription, la personne en tête de la liste d'attente sera déplacée vers la liste des compétiteurs. Après le 8 novembre 2024 la liste des compétiteurs sera clôturée et les personnes inscrites qui figurent encore sur la liste d'attente seront remboursées à 100 % de leurs frais d'inscription.
