This is a tentative schedule and subject to change based on the final list of participants.

Q01 ) What will be the cut off time for each event
A01 ) The cut off time will be decided by the delegate and announcement will be made on 25th Feb 2017 after finalizing the participants list.

Q02) How many solves will be given for each participants
A02) For every round there will be 5 solves given for all events except the 3x3 Blind. For 3x3 Blind there will be 3 solves for each round.

Q03) How do we know who are qualified for 2nd or Final Round ?
A03) We will upload the scores in http://cubecomps.com after end of each round within 30mts. We will also stick the results in the display in competition area.

Q04) Will you provide the cube for the solves ?
A04) Please bring your own cube to solve it during the competition, we will not provide any cubes.

Q05) What time should i be in and what time i should be out?
A05) We plan to follow the tentative schedule given in the previous tab. however if there are any changes we will communicate during the competition and you can follow the displays available in competition areas. Plan to be available 30mts before the event you are participating starts. If you are not qualified for subsequent rounds you are free to leave however we recommend you to be available till closure to participate in the awards ceremony.

Q06) When will i get participation certificate?
A06) We plan to give the participation certificate during awards ceremony at the end of all events. If you feel like you need to leave early, please talk to the reception and request the participation certificate.

Q07) When will the score be updated in WCA site
A07) Please read all the FAQ's of wca site given under https://www.worldcubeassociation.org/faq

Q08) When will my name be called for participation
A08) Please verify if your name is in competitors list under https://www.worldcubeassociation.org/competitions/P3GrandOpenFeb2017/registrations. If your name is not in the competitors list, you will not be allowed to participate. The order of calling participants will be based on the age, youngest will be called first and the oldest will be last. This will be strictly followed during 1st round of any event and the exception would be for our judging participants who might be called at the last.

Q09) I have registered my name in WCA site and it is not available in competitors list, can i participate?
A09) No you will not be allowed to participate if your name is not available in competitors list before 24th February 2017 9pm IST. You have to complete the payment process explained in previous tabs to get your name in the competitors list. Please give us a call on +91-8985043238 before 10pm IST on 24th February 2017 if you have any issue.

Q10 ) Can i take pictures (Photo’s) of my son/daughter during the solves in the competition?
A10 ) Without disturbing the participants and without flash, you are allowed. However the delegate and organizers have right to deny.

Q11) I do not have a WCA ID, when will i get ?
A11) Please refer FAQ's in https://www.worldcubeassociation.org/faq

Q12) I already have a WCA ID, but it is not associated with my name for this event in WCA site ?
A12) Please send a mail to Pavan Akula (WCA Delegate) and get it fixed before the scores are uploaded.

2) Moyu Meiying (Cong's design) for 2nd prizes
3) Moyu Pyraminx for 3rd prizes

We also plan to give top 3 prizes for under 10 and under 15 years for 3x3 event alone.
