Venue Rules:

As the competition venue is taken place at a school environment, and at a school event/bazaar which already have agreements with sponsors of the event, therefore there will be rules applied throughout the venue location:

1. No sharp objects (scissors, cutters, etc); screwdrivers and lube are allowed.
2. No items that endangers the schools environment (cigarettes, vapes, etc).
3. No smoking around the school area.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in the item being confiscated and will not be returned under any circumstance. Therefore, we hoped for your cooperation to follow the rules.

Every participant will be disqualified if:

a.) participants don’t follow the given health protocol;
b.) participants cause a ruckus during the event;
c.) participants are discovered as unregistered or are not students at the relevant school;
d.) participants are late for their scheduled competition.

Every participant is accountable for upholding order and cleanliness in the Kelapa Gading Secondary PENABUR setting and is forbidden from causing property damage. In the event of damage, a fee will be charged to replace the items exactly as they are.

Peraturan Venue:

Dikarenakan venue kompetisi berada pada lingkungan sekolah, dan pada event sekolah yang sudah memiliki perjanjian dengan sponsor event tersebut, maka terdapat peraturan-peraturan yang berlaku pada seluruh sekolah (lingkungan venue):

1. Tidak diperbolehkan membawa benda tajam (gunting, cutter, dll); obeng dan lubrikasi diperbolehkan.
2. Tidak diperbolehkan membawa barang yang membahayakan lingkungan sekolah (rokok, vape, dll)
3. Tidak diperbolehkan merokok di lingkungan sekolah.

Jika ada peraturan yang dilanggar, maka barang tersebut akan disita dan tidak akan dikembalikan. Dengan demikian dimohon kerjasamanya untuk mematuhi aturan yang berlaku.

Setiap peserta akan didiskualifikasi jika:

a.) peserta tidak mengikuti protokol kesehatan yang diberikan;
b.) peserta membuat keributan selama acara:
c.) peserta diketahui tidak terdaftar atau bukan siswa di sekolah yang bersangkutan;
d.) peserta terlambat untuk kompetisi yang dijadwalkan.

Setiap peserta bertanggung jawab untuk menjaga ketertiban dan kebersihan di lingkungan Penabur Secondary Kelapa Gading dan dilarang menyebabkan kerusakan properti. Jika terjadi kerusakan, akan dikenakan biaya untuk mengganti barang persis seperti semula.

As you arrive you may enter the school through the first floor entrance for security check. After you finish the security check, in the same floor, take the stairs beside the elevator to the second floor. Go left until you reached the sofa then turn right to exit the school building. Go forward until you see a sign and a person to guide you to the venue.

Saat Anda tiba, Anda dapat memasuki sekolah melalui pintu masuk lantai pertama untuk pemeriksaan. Setelah Anda menyelesaikan pemeriksaan, di lantai yang sama, naik tangga yang terletak di samping lift ke lantai dua. Belok kiri dan jalan hingga Anda mencapai sofa lalu belok kanan untuk keluar gedung sekolah. Maju sampai Anda melihat tanda arahan dan panitia untuk memandu Anda ke ruang kompetitisi.

Winner and Runner Up

First, Second, and third winner of each event will receive a plaque alongside certificate of winners.
All participants will receive certificate of participation.
1st winner of each event will be given a free ticket to Premiere Closing.
All Prizes will be distributed at the second day of the competition.

Pemenang dan Runner Up

Juara pertama, Juara kedua, Juara ketiga setiap event akan mendapatkan plakat beserta sertifikat pemenang.
Semua Partisipan akan mendapatkan sertifikat partisipasi.
Pemenang pertama untuk setiap kategori akan mendapakan tiket gratis di Premiere Closing.
Semua Hadiah akan di distribusikan pada hari kedua kompetisi.
