The base registration fee for this competition is $10 (United States Dollar).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Friday, August 4, 2023 at 11:00 PM UTC.
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until Friday, August 4, 2023 at 11:00 PM UTC on the Register tab.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Any spectator can attend for free.

5. Agregar/Remover Eventos
Competidores no podrán remover eventos después que el registro cierre.
Competidores pueden remover o añadir eventos de su registro, también es aceptable no presentarse a cualquier evento en el que no desees competir, si existe la posibilidad de que quieras participar en un evento, deberías registrarte para este.
6. Lista de espera
Si el registro se llena, colocaremos a los competidores en una lista de espera. Para entrar a la lista de espera debes registrarte.
7. Si un competidor notifica que no asistirá, no se realizará ningún reembolso. La primera persona en la lista de espera la reemplazará. Competidores podrán ser reemplazados hasta el 4 de agosto de 2023, 6:00 pm UTC-5. Ningún competidor será agregado el día de la competencia.

• Participation in this tournament requires an understanding of the following requirements:
1. Complete registration successfully
2. Make the payment of the registration in Banco General, deposit or transfer to the Savings Account No. 0430011347288 in the name of Egdar Castillo.

Alternative payment method for foreigners. Make the payment the day of the event.
3. Send proof in photo and data to the email cubingpanama@gmail.com and place as subject -Nationals Payment 2023-
4. Wait for the electronic record to be accepted.
5. Add/Remove Events
Competitors will not be able to remove events after registration closes.
Competitors can remove or add events from their registration, it is also acceptable not to show up for any event in which you do not wish to compete, if there is a possibility that you want to participate in an event, you should register for this one.
6. Waiting list
If the registration is filled, we will place competitors on a waiting list. To enter the waiting list you must register.
7. If a competitor notifies that they will not attend, no refund will be made. The first person on the waiting list will replace him. Competitors may be replaced until August 4, 2023, 6:00 pm UTC-5. No competitors will be added on the day of the competition.

Premiación
* La premiación está dirigida a competidores de Panamá ya que se trata de un torneo Nacional. Se entregará medallas a los tres primeros lugares nacionales de cada categoría. Además, se premiará la categoría infantil la cual esta dirigida a competidores de 12 años y menores de 12 años. Adicionalmente, se otorgará una medalla a la persona que este participando en su primer torneo que logre el promedio mas rápido en la modalidad de 3x3.

Awards
* The award is directed for competitors from Panama as it is a National tournament. Medals will be awarded to the first three national places in each category. In addition, the under 12 category will be awarded, which is aimed for competitors of 12 years and under 12 years. Additionally, a medal will be awarded to the person who is participating in their first tournament that achieves the fastest average in the 3x3 modality.

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).

Cutoff

The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).

Format

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
