- Participants must bring their own cubes.
- Make sure to be available at the venue at least 15 minutes before your event starts. Late entries won't be allowed to participate.
- If you're participating in a WCA competition for first time or unaware of competition rules, make sure that you attend the tutorial session.
- If you're participating in a WCA competition for first time, please bring your goverment ID card for verification
- Participants are expected to volunteer and will be assigned with roles as judges, scramblers, or runners, with the exception of newcomers.

There is a competitor limit of 100 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is ₹500 (Indian Rupee).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Saturday, April 26, 2025 at 3:00 PM UTC.
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until Saturday, April 26, 2025 at 3:00 PM UTC by contacting the organization team.
On the spot registrations will be accepted with a base registration fee of ₹500 (Indian Rupee).
Any spectator can attend for free.

City Centre Mall is situated just 1km away from Gandhi Maidan which is easily accessible by Local Transport, Bike, Ola/Uber.
Railway Station
Nearest Railway Station is Patna Junction which is just 2.5 km for the venue. It is the major Railway Station of the city which conects to almost all the major cities and states of the country.
Nearby stations are Rajendra Nagar Terminal and Patliputra Station. You can take a shared local rickshaw from both the stations till Patna Junction.
From Patna Junction you can take shared auto-rickshaws outside station which will charge you ₹10-15 and will drop you at Biscoman Bhawan and City Center Mall is 10 minutes walking from Biscomann Bhawan, Gandhi Maidan.
You can also book Ola/Rapido/Uber directly from Patna Junction to City Centre Mall.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
