If your registration is cancelled before Sunday, August 26, 2018 at 12:00 AM UTC you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee.
On the spot registrations will be accepted with a base registration fee of Rp50,000 (Indonesian Rupiah).

Pembayaran dilakukan dengan cara mentransfer ke rekening bank (silahkan kontak organizer untuk mendapatkan rekening bank). Setelah dilakukan pembayaran silahkan konfimasi dengan mengirim format #NAMAPENGIRIM#JUMLAHTRANSFER#BANKTUJUAN# ke 081226749611 disertai dengan bukti transfer. Setelah pembayaran Early Bird ditutup pembayaran biaya registrasi dilakukan dengan sistem OTS atau bayar saat hari lomba.

Kebijakan Pengembalian Biaya Registrasi
1. Jika registrasi dibatalkan sebelum tanggal 26 Agustus 2018 maka biaya registrasi akan dikembalikan penuh.
2. Jika registrasi dibatalkan setelah tanggal 26 Agustus 2018 maka biaya registrasi tidak dikembalikan tetapi sertifikat dan souvenir akan dikirim.

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).

Cutoff

The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).

Format

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
