Qualification
Due to the limited number of tables available, we will be limiting the number of competitors in MBLD to 40. Only the top 40 competitors on the psych sheet will be allowed to compete (Note: to get onto the psych sheet, you need to have an existing mbld result before the competition)
During the competition
- We will be enforcing a bring your own judge rule. Before the competition, please notify us (either though email or messaging one of the organizers/delegates) of who your judge will be, so that if both of you are competiting in other events happening at the same time, we can place you in groups that will allow both of you to compete in all of the events
- During these BLD attempts, everyone in the solving area (judges, competitors and spectators) need to have their phones on silent mode. If you fail to comply with this rule, then you will be asked to leave the BLD room, and if you are a competitor, then an appropriate penalty will be given out
- Competitors in MBLD will be split into 2 groups. Everyone will submit their cubes at a certain time (failure to do so will result in a DNS). The first group will solve first while the 2nd group waits in the main competiting area. 10 minutes before the 2nd group starts, all 2nd group competitors must be present at the side room, if you are not present, this will also result in a DNS.
