REGISTRO
A participação nesta competição requer do competidor o conhecimento dos seguintes requisitos:
- Se inscrever através do site da WCA. A inscrição terá custo de R$ 35 e o pagamento deverá ser feito via PIX para a chave planeta.rio.open@gmail.com. O comprovante de pagamento deverá ser enviado para o mesmo email;
- Escolher os eventos a serem registrados com cuidado após revisar as guias Eventos e Cronograma. Prestar atenção aos formatos das rodadas e seus cortes/limites;
- Preencher o seguinte formulário para facilitar o controle dos nomes dos competidores e acompanhantes por parte da equipe do Planetário envolvida com a organização;
- Para obterem a entrada e permanência na competição, os acompanhantes deverão adquirir os ingressos na bilheteria do Planetário. Cada competidor terá direito a 2 acompanhantes grátis e mais dois pagando meia entrada (R$10), isso caso a inscrição seja realizada até dia 5 de setembro. Os demais acompanhantes, se houver, deverão pagar o valor inteiro do ingresso (R$20) para entrada. Esta taxa é aplicada somente aos acompanhantes e deverá ser paga apenas nos dias da competição, não devendo ser feita junto a transferência PIX para o pagamento da inscrição;

REGISTRATION
The participation in this competition requires the comprehension and acceptance of the following requirements:
- Register through the WCA website. The registration costs R$35 and must be paid via PIX transfer to planeta.rio.open@gmail.com. Proof of payment must be sent to the same email address;
- Carefully choosing the events. Keep the rounds format, cutoffs and limits in mind;
- Fill in the following form to help keep track of competitor and guest names by the Planetarium team involved with the organization;
- To gain entry and stay in the competition, companions must purchase tickets at the Planetarium box office. Each competitor will be entitled to 2 free companions and two more for half price (R$10), if registration is completed by September 5th. Other companions, if any, must pay the entire ticket price (R$20) for entry. This fee is only applied to companions and must only be paid on the days of the competition, and must not be made together with the PIX transfer to pay for registration;

There is a competitor limit of 70 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is R$35 (Brazilian Real).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
We encourage everyone to register for the events they want to compete in via your online registration, however you may add events to your registration up until the event has started.
On the spot registrations will be accepted with a base registration fee of R$40 (Brazilian Real).
Any spectator can attend for free.

Mestre e Novato
A modalidade não oficial dessa vez será a do Mestre e Novato, com o intuito de incentivar novos competidores vamos premiar a dupla de novato mais professor (pessoa que ensinou e apresentou o campeonato) melhor colocada na modalidade 3x3 primeiro round, pois todas as duplas irão participar e avaliaremos os mesmos embaralhamentos. A média utlizada será a do novato, e para identificarmos o mestre deve ser preenchido o formulário (link) para cadastro na modalidade, não serão aceitas inscrições no dia da competição para essa modalidade. Para participar tanto o aluno quanto o mestre devem estar inscritos no campeonato até 1 dia antes da competição, 27 de setembro.
Master and Newcomer
The unofficial event this time will be the Master and Newcomer competition. In order to encourage newcomers, we will be awarding prizes to the best placed newcomer and teacher (the person who taught and presented the competition) in the 3x3 first round, as all the pairs will be taking part and we will be evaluating the same scrambles. The newcomer average will be used to define the winner, and in order to identify the teacher, the form (link) must be filled in to register for the modality; On spot registrations will not be accepted in the day of the competition for this modality. In order to take part, both the student and the teacher must have registered for the championship by the day before the competition, September 27th.
Os 30 primeiros inscritos receberão um brinde misterioso. A inscrição será contada a partir do momento do aceite na WCA, ou seja, é necessário fazer o pagamento, enviar o comprovante, e preencher o formulário de convidados, caso não vá levar convidados adicione no comentário da inscrição para entrar na listagem.
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
