중요 공지:
1. 모든 참가 접수(참가 신청 및 참가비 납부)는 아래에 있는 대회 접수 링크를 통해 진행되어야 합니다.
(이 홈페이지에 참가 신청하는 것은 필수 사항이 아닙니다.)
2. KCCU 정회원에 대한 참가비 할인이 이번 대회에는 적용되지 않습니다.
3. 참가 접수 후, 대회 접수 링크에서 종목 추가는 할 수 있지만, 종목 취소는 할 수 없습니다.
종목을 추가하기 위해서는 해당 종목의 참가비를 납부해야 합니다.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:
1. Every registration (event selection and registration fee payment) must be made on the external website linked below.
(Registration on this website is not necessary.)
2. No registration fee discount for KCCU members for this competition.
3. After the initial registraion, you may add event via the external website, but you cannot remove events.

모든 참가자는 요청을 받을 경우 반드시 스태프로 활동해주셔야 합니다.

참가 신청 + 대회 참가비 납부 = 참가 접수 완료

. 참가 접수가 완료된 시간 기준, 선착순으로 참가 승인이 이루어 집니다.
. 대회 참가 승인은 자동이 아닌 수동으로 이루어집니다.
참가 접수 완료 후, 3일이 지나도 참가자 명단에 본인의 이름이 올라오지 않았을 경우 이메일을 보내주세요.

대회 참가비: 기본료 5,000원, 종목당 5,000원
* 예시: 2종목은 5,000원 + 5,000원 * 2 = 15,000원
동반자 비용: 0원

• 반드시 접수 기간 내에 대회 참가비 납부를 완료하셔야 합니다.

• 접수 기간이 끝난 이후에 종목 변경은 불가능합니다.

• 환불 정책
  최종적으로 참가가 승인되지 않은 선수만 기본료와 종목 참가비 모두 전액 환불 됩니다.

All participants are expected to staff the competition, upon request.

Registration on external website + payment of registration fee = registration complete

. Registrations are accepted on a first come first serve basis according to the completion of registration.
. Approval of the competitor registrations is done manually, not automatically.
If your name does not appear on the competitor list after 3 days of registration fee payment, then please send us an email.

Registration fee: base fee is 5,000 WON and fee for event is 5,000 WON
* Example: 2 events is 5,000 WON + 5,000 WON * 2 = 15,000 WON
Spectator fee: 0 WON

• You must complete the registration fee payment within the registration period.

• After the registration period, you cannot modify your event list.

• Refund policy
  You are eligible for a full refund (base fee + event fees) only if you did not make the competitor list.
