Notes:
1) The Schedule and the Cutoffs/Timelimits are subject to change at the discretion of the WCA Delegate after public notification
2) In events with Avg of 5 format, any of the first two solves should be below the cutoff time for the competitor to get all five solves otherwise the competitor gets only 2 solves.
3) After the time limit is crossed, the attempt is stopped and is awarded “DNF” [Did Not Finish].
*4) All the 3x3 batch 1 competitors must reach the venue by 9:00 A.M to attend the Introduction Session which is compulsory for all.
5) All the 3x3 batch 2 competitors must reach the venue by 12:30 P.M to attend the Introduction Session which is compulsory for all. Please do not come before that unless you are participating in Pyraminx,Clock, Megaminx. The venue has certain space constraints. If you dont have any events before 12:30 and you come early we dont gurantee that you will get space to sit/stand inside the venue.
6) The final list of event wise groups and the 3x3 batches will be mailed to all the registered participants by 15th morning.

P.S.
1) It is mandatory to pay the registration fees and also register on WCA to complete the full registration process.
2) It may take a day or 2 for your name to reflect on competitors list on WCA.
3) Online registrations end on 14th February 2017 at 11:59pm IST.
4) There is a seperate fee for guests. Per participant maximum only 2 guests are allowed at a nominal fee of 50rs (inclusive of 2 people).

OTS (On the spot) registrations are now availabe at Polyhdera Open 2018 on public demand. Please read the following very carefully if you are planning to register OTS
1.OTS is open only for 3x3.
2.Only new entries for 3x3 will be allowed. No additions in events for any existing registered participant will be allowed.
3. OTS registration time - 11:30 to 12:30 pm only
4. All OTS participants will strictly participate in 3x3 Batch 2
5. OTS registration will be open for the 1st 17 people only (1st come 1st serve).
6. OTS fees - 400/- , +50 for guest (inclusive of 2 people). *

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
