There is a competitor limit of 80 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is 50 د.إ (United Arab Emirates Dirham).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at 2:00 PM UTC.
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at 2:00 PM UTC on the Register tab.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Any spectator can attend for free.

Please Read Carefully:

Online registration on the WCA Competition Website and the Payment Form are both mandatory for registration fulfilment. Kindly refer to Payment tab for more information on payment. Once you register and pay, you will be placed on the waiting list while we review your payment and registration. Your registration will not be approved until your payment is completed.
Make sure to register with your first name and last name exactly like your ID card/passport.
Once your registration is accepted you will get an email confirming that (if you don't get an acceptance email after a week please contact the organizers).
If you're not able to attend the competition after your registration is approved kindly inform the organizers so that your registration gets deleted.
Due to venue capacity, each competitor is permitted to be accompanied by a maximum of 1 guest only.
Ensure that you regularly check your email for any communication from the organizers.

Please ensure to carry your ID card or passport with you on the day of the competition so that we can verify your personal information.
Please attend on time (you can refer to the schedule tab for the exact times).
Bring your own cubes for the competition and make sure you check the regulations for acceptable puzzles.
All competitors must be available for judging and/or scrambling during the competition.

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).

Cutoff

The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).

Format

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
