Dieser Wettbewerb wird entsprechend der aktuell gültigen Corona-Verordnung in Baden-Württemberg sowie der WCA Competition Safety Policy durchgeführt.
Falls du zu Wettbewerb aus einem anderen Land als Deutschland anreisen möchtest, beachte bitte die derzeitigen Einreiseregelungen für Deutschland und leiste den dort beschriebenen Anweisungen Folge.

Es gelten die folgenden Sicherheitsvorkehrungen und Regeln:

• 3G-Regel: Zum Besuch der Competition müssen sowohl Teilnehmer als auch Gäste (egal welches Alter!) entweder geimpft, genesen oder getestet sein (3G-Regel). Dies werden wir vor Betreten der Venue überprüfen. Wer keinen dieser Nachweise vorzeigen kann, darf NICHT am Wettbewerb teilnehmen oder zusehen. Dabei gilt im Detail folgendes: Als geimpft gilt, bei dem die finale Covid-19 Impfung (erste Impfung bei Johnson&Johnson, sonst Zweitimpfung) mindestens zwei Wochen zurück liegt und ein gültiger Impfnachweis (EU-Covid-19 Zertifikat oder Impfpass) vorgelegt werden kann. Als genesen gilt, wer innerhalb der letzten 6 Monate positiv auf Covid-19 getestet wurde, dieses Ergebnis aber mindestens 28 Tage zurückliegt. Als Bescheinigung hierfür sind z.B. der positive Befund eines PCR-Tests mit Datum möglich, weitere Optionen sind hier aufgeführt. Als getestet gilt, wer ein zertifiziertes negatives Antigen-Schnelltest-Ergebnis (nicht älter als 24 h) oder ein negatives PCR-Test-Ergebnis (nicht älter als 48 h) vorzeigen kann.
• Stufenregel Baden-Württemberg: Laut der neuen Corona-Verordnung für Baden-Württemberg werden nun drei verschiedene Stufen basierend auf Hospitalisierungsinzidenz bzw. belegten Intensivbetten unterschieden, die verschiedene Maßnahmen mit sich bringen, weitere Infos sind hier zu finden. Auf der Basisstufe gelten die üblichen 3G-Regeln, auf der Warnstufe dürfen Getestete nur noch mit PCR-Test (maximal 48 h alt) teilnehmen. Unter 18-Jährige und Schüler sind davon ausgenommen, für sie gilt weiterhin die oben beschriebene Pflicht für Antigen- oder PCR-Test. Auf der Alarmstufe gilt die 2G-Regel, d.h. nur Geimpfte und Genesene dürfen teilnehmen. Ausgenommen sind auch hier nur unter 18-Jährige und Schüler.
• Konsequente Maskenpflicht: Alle Teilnehmer und Gäste müssen zu jeder Zeit während des Aufenthalts in der Venue einen geeigneten Mund-Nasen-Schutz (OP-Maske, FFP2-/KN95-Maske) korrekt über Mund und Nase tragen, Stoffmasken sind nicht erlaubt. Auch das Absetzen der Maske zum Essen und Trinken in der Venue ist nicht gestattet. Das Essen und Trinken hat außerhalb der Venue zu erfolgen.
• Symptome: Personen, die am Tag des Wettbewerbs Covid-Symptome wie Fieber, Husten oder Abgeschlagenheit zeigen oder in der Woche vor dem Wettbewerb mit einem Covid-19-Erkrankten Kontakt hatten, dürfen die Venue nicht betreten und nicht am Wettbewerb teilnehmen.
• Gäste-Begrenzung: Es darf maximal ein Gast pro Teilnehmer mitgebracht werden. Dieser Gast muss bei ihrer Anmeldung angeben werden.
• Abstand: Sofern möglich, muss ein Mindestabstand von 1 m zwischen den Teilnehmern eingehalten werden. Um dies zu erleichtern, werden alle Runden mit festen Sitzplätzen durchgeführt, d.h. es gibt keine Waiting Area.
• Desinfektion: Während des Wettbewerbs wird Desinfektionsmittel bereitgestellt werden. Darüber hinaus werden die Timer regelmäßig desinfiziert werden. Teilnehmer können falls gewünscht ihre eigenen Stifte mitbringen, diese werden ansonsten von uns bereitgestellt.
• Kontaktnachverfolgung: Alle Teilnehmer und Gäste müssen ein Formular zur Kontaktverfolgung ausfüllen und uns entweder vor dem Wettbewerb per Mail zukommen lassen oder ausgedruckt zum Wettbewerb mitbringen.

Achtung: Die oben genannten Regeln dienen der Durchführung einer sicheren Veranstaltung für alle Teilnehmer. Nichtbeachten der Regeln und mutwilliges oder wiederholtes Zuwiderhandeln können zur Disqualifikation und Ausschluss von der Veranstaltung führen.
Bitte beachte außerdem, dass wir keinen Einfluss auf gesetzliche Regelungen haben, d.h. wir können den Wettbewerb nicht durchführen, wenn sich die gesetzlichen Grundlagen hierfür ändern sollten. In diesem Fall werden alle Teilnehmer per E-Mail benachrichtigt und die Teilnahmegebühr wenn möglich zurückgezahlt.

The competition will take place in compliance with the laws in force (see the Corona Regulations in Baden-Württemberg) and with the WCA Competition Safety Policy.
If you plan to travel to the competition from another country, please take a look at the current entry restrictions for Germany and follow the regulations set there.

The following safety rules and precautions apply:

• 3G Rule: Every attendee (competitors and guests, no matter what age!) has to be either vaccinated, recovered or tested for Covid-19. We will check this before you enter the venue. Those who cannot show any of these certificates are NOT allowed to participate in the competition or watch. This means: For a person to be recognized as a vaccinated person, the second dosis of the Covid-19 vaccination has been received at least two weeks ago (only for the Johnson&Johnson vaccine: the first and only dosis) and a valid certificate of vaccination (EU-Covid-19 certificate or vaccination pass) can be shown at the venue. A recovered person has been tested positive for Covid-19 in the last six months, but the last positive result is at most 28 days old. An official positive PCR test result with date can be used as a confirmation for this, for further options see here. A tested person is someone who can show a certified negative antigen rapid test result certificate (not older than 24 hours) or a negative PCR test result certificate (not older than 48 hours).
• New Action Plan for Baden-Württemberg: "According to the new Corona rules in Baden-Württemberg, three stages with different precautions being active are distinguished depending on different factors. Please find further information here. On the base stage, the aforementioned 3G Rule applies. On the warning stage, tested people are only allowed to join the event with a valid PCR test (maximum 48 h old). The only exceptions are people under the age of 18 and students at school (antigen or PCR test valid). On the alarm stage, the 2G Rule applies and only vaccinated or recovered people are allowed to join; again children and students at school form an exception and only require a testing (PCR/antigen).
• Strict Mask Requirement: All competitors and guests will have to wear a suitabe mouth nose protection such as a OP mask or FFP2-/KN95 mask (no fabric masks allowed!) correctly over mouth and nose anytime while being in the venue. It is also not allowed to take off the mask in order to eat or drink. Eating and drinking is supposed to take place outside of the venue.
• Symptoms: Persons that show Covid symptoms such as fever, coughing or fatigue on the day of the competition are not allowed to enter the venue and/or compete. This also applies to persons that were in contact with a Covid-19 patient in the week prior to the competition.
• Guest Limitation: There is a maximum of one guest per competitor. The guest has to be mentioned when completing your application.
• Distance Rules: A minimum distance of 1 m between competitors has to be kept if possible. To facilitate this, all rounds will be held with fixed seating, meaning there will be no waiting area.
• Disinfection:: We will provide disinfectants during the competition. Moreover the timers will be disinfected regularly. Competitors are encouraged to bring their own pencils if wanted, otherwise we will provide you with those.
• Contact Tracking: All competitors and guests will have to fill a form to enable contact tracking. You either have to send us this form via e-mail before the competition takes place or bring it in printed form to the competition.

Attention: The rules stated above serve to ensure the safe execution of the competition for all competitors. Ignoring and willful or repeated violating of these rules can result in disqualification and exclusion from the competition.
Please note that we do not have any influence on the regulations set by the laws. This means that we cannot conduct the competition in case these laws change. In that case all competitors will be notified via e-mail and the registration fee will be paid back if possible.

Informationen für Neulinge

Falls dies dein erstes WCA Turnier sein sollte, beachte bitte die folgenden Punkte:

• Alle Neulinge sind dazu verpflichtet ein Ausweisdokument an der Anmeldung vorzuzeigen (Regulation 2e)). Aus dem Dokument müssen Name, Nationalität und Geburtsdatum hervorgehen.

• Alle Neulinge sind eindringlich gebeten, am Tutorial (siehe Zeitplan) teilzunehmen.

• Jeder Teilnehmer sollte bereits vor der Meisterschaft mindestens einmal die offiziellen Regeln der WCA gelesen haben. Zusätzlich ist ein Blick in unsere Teilnehmer-Anleitung sowie das WCA Competition Tutorial mehr als ratsam für alle Neulinge!

• Keine Angst: während des Turniers besteht die Möglichkeit, sich mit dem offiziellen Equipment (Stackmat-Timer) vertraut zu machen und Fragen zu stellen.

• Bei wichtigen Fragen vor dem Turnier kannst du dich gerne an das Organisationsteam wenden.

Newcomer information

If this is your first WCA competition, please pay attention to the following:

• According to Regulation 2e), all newcomers are required to bring some form of identification document that shows name, citizenship and date of birth.

• All newcomers are urgently asked to attend the Tutorial (see schedule).

• Every competitor should have read the official WCA regulations at least once before attending the competition! A more condensed version of the important regulations can be found at the WCA Competition Tutorial.

• Don't be afraid: there will also be time to test the equipment (for example the official timing device, the Stackmat timer) and discuss the rules if you have questions at the competition.

Zur Haltestelle Laudenbach (Bergstr.) fährt die RB 68 (Richtung Frankfurt) stündlich von Heidelberg über Laudenbach (Bergstr.) nach Frankfurt. Von der Haltestelle aus sind es ca. 700 Meter zur Venue (über Schillerstraße).
Parkplätze sind auf dem Gelände vorhanden.

In Laudenbach und Umgebung gibt es einige Hotels, z.B.:

You can take the line RB 68 from Heidelberg over Laudenbach (Bergstr.) to Francfort every hour. It's approximately a 700m walk from the station Laudenbach (Bergstr.) to the venue (over Schillerstraße).
