Herzlich willkommen zu einer weiteren Side Event Competition in Deutschland!
Fühlt euch herzlich eingeladen an euren liebsten Side Events teilzunehmen und vielleicht sogar die Chance zu nutzen euch noch für verbleibende Disziplinen der German Nationals zu qualifizieren.
Wir freuen uns über alle Teilnehmer die genau so viel Spaß an vielen Runden von interessanten Events haben, wie wir!

The base registration fee for this competition is €12 (Euro).
If your registration is cancelled before Monday, July 10, 2023 at 3:00 PM UTC you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at 3:00 PM UTC.
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at 3:00 PM UTC on the Register tab.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Any spectator can attend for free.

Die folgenden Schritte müssen erfüllt sein:

Deine Anmeldung gilt erst als vollständig, wenn alle Schritte der Anmeldung erfüllt sind, d.h. bei erfolgter Anmeldung über das Formular und erfolgter Zahlung. Es ist explizit erlaubt, die Anmeldegebühr vor Öffnung der Anmeldung zu zahlen.

Wenn das Teilnehmerlimit bereits erreicht wurde, erhältst du einen Platz auf der Warteliste. Danach erhältst du eine E-Mail, sobald ein Platz für dich frei werden sollte.

Informationen für Neulinge
Falls dies dein erstes WCA Turnier sein sollte, beachte bitte die folgenden Punkte:
Alle Neulinge sind dazu verpflichtet ein Ausweisdokument an der Anmeldung vor zu zeigen (Regulation 2e)). Aus dem Dokument müssen Name, Nationalität und Geburtsdatum hervorgehen.
Alle Neulinge sind eindringlich gebeten, am Tutorial teilzunehmen. Infos dazu werden per Mail vor dem Wettbewerb bekannt gemacht.
Jeder Teilnehmer sollte bereits vor der Meisterschaft mindestens einmal die offiziellen Regeln der WCA gelesen haben. Zusätzlich ist ein Blick in unsere Teilnehmer-Anleitung sowie das WCA Competition Tutorial mehr als ratsam für alle Neulinge!
Keine Angst: während des Turniers besteht die Möglichkeit, sich mit dem offiziellen Equipment (Stackmat-Timer) vertraut zu machen und Fragen zu stellen.
Bei wichtigen Fragen vor dem Turnier kannst du dich gerne an das Organisationsteam wenden.

Newcomer information
If this is your first WCA competition, please pay attention to the following:
According to Regulation 2e), all newcomers are required to bring some form of identification document that shows name, citizenship and date of birth.
All newcomers are urgently asked to attend the Tutorial . Infos regarding the tutorial will be sent out via mail before the competition.
Every competitor should have read the official WCA regulations at least once before attending the competition! A more condensed version of the important regulations can be found at the WCA Competition Tutorial.
Don't be afraid: there will also be time to test the equipment (for example the official timing device, the Stackmat timer) and discuss the rules if you have questions at the competition.
Feel free to contact the organizer if you have any uncertainties.

Auf der Veranstaltung können eventuell Foto- und Videoaufnahmen gemacht werden. Alle Fotos und Videos werden nach der Veranstaltung den Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern zur Verfügung gestellt.

Zur Haltestelle Laudenbach (Bergstr.) fährt die RB 68 (Richtung Frankfurt) stündlich von Heidelberg über Laudenbach (Bergstr.) nach Frankfurt. Von der Haltestelle aus sind es ca. 300 Meter zur Venue.

You can take the line RB 68 from Heidelberg over Laudenbach (Bergstr.) to Frankfurt every hour. It's approximately a 300m walk from the station Laudenbach (Bergstr.) to the venue.

You may bring your own food and beverages into the Venue.
At the competition we offer free drinks, but no food. You're welcome to bring some snacks for yourself as well.
Die Warteliste wird manuell aktualisiert. Deshalb kann es nach vollständiger Anmeldung (=Anmeldung+Zahlung der Teilnahmegebühr) etwas dauern, bis Dein Name auf der Liste auftaucht. / The waiting list is updated manually. It might take a while until your name appears on the list after you have completed your registration (=registered and paid the fee).
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced across rounds (see Guideline A1a2++).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
