The base registration fee for this competition is €12 (Euro).
If your registration is cancelled before Friday, August 19, 2022 at 6:00 PM UTC you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at 6:00 PM UTC.
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until Friday, August 19, 2022 at 6:00 PM UTC on the Register tab.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.

Wenn das Teilnehmerlimit bereits erreicht wurde und deine Anmeldung vollständig ist (mit Zahlung), erhältst du einen Platz auf der Warteliste. Diese ist nach dem Zeitpunkt der vollständigen Anmeldung sortiert. Du erhältst du eine E-Mail, sobald ein Platz für dich frei werden sollte. Falls du keinen freien Teilnehmerplatz mehr erlangen solltest, wird die Anmeldegebühr selbstverständlich erstattet.

Solltest du nicht mehr teilnehmen können und deine Anmeldung daher stornieren wollen, bitten wir dich darum, uns über obige Mail zu informieren. Dadurch kann ein Teilnehmer auf der Warteliste nachrücken! Du erhältst eine Erstattung der gesamten Anmeldegebühr (100%), wenn du deine Anmeldung vor dem 19. August 2022, 20:00 stornierst.

Fill and submit the registration form.
Pay the registration fee of 12 Euro by following this link to PayPal. If the person paying and the person registering are different, please enter the name of the competitor in the final step of the payment procedure. The registration is not completed until the money is paid! If you have no access to PayPal, please contact the organization team via rlp-open@googlegroups.com.
Carefully read the Covid-19 safety rules. Please note that breaking these rules can result in a disqualification from the competition.

If you have registered and paid but the competitor limit has been reached, you will receive a spot on the waiting list. Once registered competitors cancel their registration, people on the waiting list will be accepted in order of their complete registration. You will be notified via e-mail once a spot for you is available. Everyone on the waiting list who didn't obtain a competitor spot will receive a full refund.

If you find that you can not attend the competition anymore, please inform us via the aforementioned e-mail address. That way, another competitor can fill your spot! You will receive a full refund (100%) of the entrance fee if you cancel your registration before August 19, 2022, 8:00 PM GMT+2.
