There is a competitor limit of 100 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is €12.50 (Euro).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Spectators can attend paying an entry fee of €5 (Euro).
Registration Steps:
- You pay at the venue at the start of the competition, cash or with pin transaction.
- Costs:for Competitors: €12.50 per day or €25 for the weekend, per guest €5 for the weekend (guest children under 10 years free)
- After your registration on WCA site, we will accept your registration, this might take a few days
- Cancellation? Until december 9th you can cancel without any costs.
If you are new please make sure you have a valid ID with you.
- Je betaalt bij de locatie op de dag van de competitie, je kan contant of met pin pas betalen.

By car
From Amsterdam A4 exit 10 Plaspoolpolder , go right at the traffic light
From Rotterdam A4 exit 9 Broekpolder, go straight ahead at the traffic light
Go right at the next traffic light, Veraatlaan follow the road it will make a left turn into the Burgemeester Elsenlaan follow the road until the gas station Shell
Turn left into the Van Vredeburchweg and after a few hundred meters right into Don Boscolaantje, at the end of the road go right after 100 meter the venue is left
By public transport
Tram 17 – direction Wateringen stop at “Van Vredenburchweg (Oost)” ,walk back to the Julialaantje and walk past the “kinderboederij” at your right is the entrance

Rijswijk Open 2018 is a WCA competition organised by MaRaThon and volunteers with the support of Speedcubing Nederland

With this competition we hope to attract a lot of local cubers and give them a chance to compete.
We also warmly invite competitors who come from abroad to give this event an international flavour.
During the championship the official WCA regulations will be applied.
Results of the championship will be added to the official WCA World Rankings
Before the competition starts all competitors can practice on the official timing equipment: the Stackmat timer.
All puzzle brands may be used during the competition, as long as the puzzles comply with the WCA regulations 2018

€ 60 printing costs -Ink/toner/scoresheets/scrambles- (500 sheets a 0.15 per sheet)

Cubediction zal weer aanwezig zijn met een verkoopstand.
Zorg ervoor dat je voldoende contant geld meeneemt voor je eventuele aankopen.
MaRaTon de organisatie heeft puzzles in de aanbieding (zeer beperkt aantal)
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
