Legend
Format- Ao5 = Average of 5 (where the best and worst solves are not counted in the average), Mo3 = Mean of 3, Mo2 = Mean of 2, Bo3 = Best of 3, Bo2 = Best of 2, Bo1 = Best of 1
Cutoff- Rounds with a cutoff will have an additional best of 2 (best of 1 for 6x6) format where competitors will have 2 attempts to achieve a time under the cutoff. If the comeptitor does then they will be awarded more attempts to compelete the average.
Cumulative Limit(C)- The total time allowed for all attempts combined.
Time Limit - Any attempt in the round exceeding this time will be awarded a DNF. For "WCA" Time limits, it is dependent on the regulations for that event.
* = For 3x3 BLD Round 1 will be held in a noisy enviroment. We will not be asking the audience to be quiet during this time. For 3x3 BLD Final we will be enforcing a quiet enviroment.
** = For Feet, if we have 16 or more competitors in Round 1, we will have an additional round of Feet.
*** = For 4BLD and 5BLD the cumulative limit will apply to both events at the same time. So you will have 1 hour 40 minutes for all 6 attempts.
The Number of Competitors moving on to the subsequent rounds may change based on if the competition is ahead or behind schedule.
Team BLD
Team BLD is an unofficial event where 2 competitors will work together to solve a 3x3x3 Cube. One of the team members will be the "solver": they will be blindfolded and allowed to preform moves on the cube. The other team member will be the "caller": they will not be allowed to touch the cube, but can tell the other team member what to do.
There will be an inspection period of 15 seconds where the team can use as much of or as little of inspect that they like. The solver must be blindfolded during this time, the caller is allowed to touch the cube. All normal solving procedures will occur after that.
After solve 1 the solver and the caller MUST switch their roles for solve 2. The rankings are based on the mean of the 2 attempts.
