How do I register

• You need to pay in advance the registration fee in order to complete your registration. No registrations will be accepted without payouts.

2. After registration you'll be able to see the button to pay the €18 registration fee;
3. Remember to check your email address: an email containing more details about the competition will be sent in the week before the event.

Note: The registration procedure is completed only after you have paid the registration fee.

Number of participants
There is a limit of 70 competitors. If the limit is reached, there will be a waiting list.

When can I register
Registration will open on June 3rd at 21:00 (CEST) and close on June 27th.

How much does it cost
The registration fee for this competition is:

• €18 (Euro) for Cubing Italy Cubing Italy Members (note: this membership is free, see more below).
• €28 (Euro) for Cubing Italy non-members (note: non-members will have to pay €18 online plus €10 on site if they decide not to become Member).

How can I become a Member?
Becoming a Cubing Italy Member is free and does not imply any obligation towards the association.
Membership is valid until you request cancellation.

You can become a member by filling out this form on the Cubing Italy website. The Board of Directors will contact you to confirm the membership with Cubing Italy as taken place.
For children under the age of 16 a parent's authorization is required. If you are under 16 years old, fill in the form with your data and send it anyway. The Board of Directors will contact you within a few days, sending you the authorization to be filled in and sent back signed by a parent.

This process can take up to 30 days since it's not automatic so don't panic if you don't recieve an immediat confirmation :)

Alternatively, it is possible to associate on site.

Can I get a refund?
If your registration is cancelled before 23:59 (CEST) of June 27th you will be refunded a 100% of your registration fee. If you wish to cancel your registration, press "delete" here.

Are spectators allowed?
Spectators are allowed, can attend for free.

• €28 (Euro) per i non soci di Cubing Italy (nota: i non soci dovranno pagare €18 online più €10 in loco nel caso decidessero di non associarsi).

Come posso associarmi?
Associarsi è gratuito e non comporta alcun obbligo verso l’associazione.
Il tesseramento ha validitá permanente, fino ad una cancellazione volontaria.

È possibile associarsi compilando questo form sul sito di Cubing Italy. Il Consiglio Direttivo ti contatterà per confermarti dell'avvenuta associazione a Cubing Italy.
Per i minori di 16 anni è necessaria l'autorizzazione di un genitore. Se hai meno di 16 anni, compila comunque il form con i tuoi dati e invialo. Il Consiglio Direttivo ti contatterà entro pochi giorni, inviandoti l'autorizzazione da compilare e rimandare firmata da un genitore.

Il processo non è automatico e può richiedere fino a 30 giorni, quindi non andate nel panico se non ricevete una conferma immediata :)

Alternativamente è possibile associarsi in loco.

Posso avere un rimborso?
Se cancelli la tua registrazione prima delle 23:59 (CEST) del 27 giugno hai diritto al rimborso del 100% della tassa di iscrizione. Se desideri cancellare la tua registrazione, clicca "cancella" qui.

Sono ammessi spettatori?
Gli spettatori sono ammessi e possono accedere gratuitamente.

Plane

Take the plane to Bologna, then take the alibus to the Bologna train station and finally follow the part below.

Train

Take the train to Forlì destination Ancona. Arrived in Forlì or go on foot or take the tram.

• Tram: number 7 Fiera, get off at the "Via Eritrea" stop. Go about 100 meters and the competition will be in front of you.
• Walk: just out of the station turn right, go straight and at the roundabout turn right, go straight, at the third roundabout turn left and the competition will be in front of you.

Aereo

Prendere l'aereo per Bologna, poi prendere l'alibus per la stazione dei treni di Bologna e infine seguire la parte sottostante.

Treno

Prendere il treno per Forlì destinazione Ancona. Arrivati a Forlì o si va a piedi oppure prendere il tram.

• Tram: numero 7 Fiera, scendere alla fermata "Via Eritrea". Fare circa 100 metri e la competizione si troverà davanti a voi.
• A piedi: appena usciti dalla stazione girare a destra, andare sempre dritti e alla rotonda girare a destra, andare sempre dritti, alla terza rotonda girare a sinistra e la competizione si troverà davanti a voi.

The competition is officially recognized by the World Cube Association, therefore competitors are required to know the WCA Regulations.
All the competitors must be available to help during the competition. This means that if required, they'll have to act as judges or scramblers.
During the competition competitors will be divided into groups.

WCA Regulations: English

The schedule may be subject to change, so make sure to be at the venue at least 30 minutes before your scheduled events.

La competizione è ufficialmente riconosciuta dalla World Cube Association, quindi i partecipanti sono tenuti a conoscere il Regolamento WCA.
Tutti i concorrenti devono essere disponibili per aiutare durante la competizione. Ciò significa che, se necessario, dovranno rendersi disponibili come giudici o scrambler.
Durante la competizione i concorrenti saranno divisi in gruppi.

Regolamento WCA: Italiano

Il programma della competizione potrebbe essere soggetto a modifiche, quindi assicurati di essere presente almeno 30 minuti prima dei tuoi eventi programmati.

TeamBLD

La competizione prevede un round di un evento non ufficiale, il teamBLD. Esso consiste in una risoluzione del cubo 3x3x3 in coppia: una persona viene bendata già da prima dell'ispezione, e viene guidata attraverso la risoluzione dall'altra persona.
Ci sono solamente due regole specifiche per questo evento:
1. Soltanto una delle due persone può toccare il cubo.
2. Quella persona non può vedere il cubo in alcun modo.
In generale, sarà applicato il regolamento WCA.

È previsto un solo round di questo evento nel formato media di due risoluzioni (mo2), dove i partecipanti si scambiano a risolvere e parlare. Ci sarà un time limit (tempo limite) di 10:00.000 e nessun cutoff.

L'iscrizione avverrà durante la registrazione direttamente alla venue, il giorno stesso dell'evento.

TeamBLD

The competition will also have an unofficial event, teamBLD. It consists in solving a 3x3x3 cube, but with a teammate. One of the two will be blindfolded before inspection and will be guided through the solve by the other person.
There are only two specific rules for the event:
1. Only one of the two people can touch the cube.
2. That person is not allowed to see the cube in any way.
In general, we will follow the WCA regulations for the attempt.

There will be one round. The format is mean of two solves (mo2), in which the participants will swap between solving and speaking. There will also be a time limit of 10:00.000 and no cutoff.

Registrations to this event will take part at the venue, on the day of the competition.
