How do I register?

• You need to pay the registration fee in advance in order to complete your registration. No registrations will be accepted without payments.

2. After registration you'll be able to see the button to pay the €20 registration fee;
3. Remember to check your email address: an email containing more details about the competition will be sent in the week before the event.

Note: The registration procedure is completed only after you have paid the registration fee.

Number of participants
There is a limit of 55 competitors. If the limit is reached, there will be a waiting list.

When can I register?
Registration will open on February 23rd at 21:00 (CET) and close on March 17th at 23:59 (CET).

Can I register on site?
No, on-site registration is not accepted.

How much does it cost?
The registration fee for this competition is:

• €20 (Euro) for Cubing Italy Cubing Italy Members (note: this membership is free, see more below).
• €30 (Euro) for Cubing Italy non-members (note: non-members will have to pay €20 online plus €10 on site if they decide not to become Member).

How can I become a Member?
Becoming a Cubing Italy Member is free and does not imply any obligation towards the association.
Membership is valid until you request cancellation.

You can become a member by filling out this form on the Cubing Italy website.
For children under the age of 16 a parent's authorization is required. If you are under 16 years old, fill in the form with your data and send it anyway.
You will be asked to fill the form at your first competition.

Can I get a refund?
If your registration is cancelled before 23:59 (CET) of March 17th you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee. If you wish to cancel your registration, press "delete" here.

How does the waiting list work?
You will be put on the waiting list if you complete the registration process after the competitor limit has been reached.
If someone on the competitor list resigns, the first person on the waiting list will be accepted and will receive a confirmation email.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until March 17th, 2024 at 23:59 CET. The waiting list will then be closed and all the competitors that didn't manage to secure a spot, will get a 100% refund on the registration fee.

Note: You will be put on the waiting list only after you have paid the registration fee.

Are spectators allowed?
Spectators are allowed, can attend for free.

Are guests allowed?
Guests are allowed, can attend for free.

• Il costo di registrazione deve essere pagato in anticipo online per poter completare il processo di registrazione. Nessuna registrazione sarà accettata senza pagamento.

1. Registrati per la competizione qui.
2. Una volta scelti gli eventi, e inviata l'iscrizione, comparirà il bottone per pagare i €20 della tassa d'iscrizione;
3. Ricordati di controllare la tua casella di posta elettronica: una email contenente maggiori dettagli sulla competizione sarà inviata nella settimana prima della competizione.

Nota: la procedura di iscrizione è completa solo una volta pagata la tassa di iscrizione.

No, purtroppo le registrazioni in loco non sono previste.

Quanto costa?
Il costo di registrazione a questa competizione è:

• €20 (Euro) per i Soci di Cubing Italy (nota: associarsi è gratutito, maggiori informazioni sotto).
• €30 (Euro) per i non soci di Cubing Italy (nota: i non soci dovranno pagare €20 online più €10 in loco nel caso decidessero di non associarsi).

Come posso associarmi?
Associarsi è gratuito e non comporta alcun obbligo verso l’associazione.
Il tesseramento ha validità permanente, fino ad una cancellazione volontaria.

È possibile associarsi compilando questo form sul sito di Cubing Italy.
Per i minori di 16 anni è necessaria l'autorizzazione di un genitore. Se hai meno di 16 anni, compila comunque il form con i tuoi dati e invialo.
Ti sarà chiesto di compilare un modulo per il consenso alla tua prima competizione ufficiale.

Posso avere un rimborso?
Se cancelli la tua registrazione prima delle 23:59 (CET) del 17 marzo hai diritto al rimborso del 100% della tassa di iscrizione. Se desideri cancellare la tua registrazione, clicca "cancella" qui.

Come funziona la lista d'attesa?
Verrai messo in lista d'attesa se completi il processo di registrazione dopo che il limite è già stato raggiunto.
Se un partecipante rinuncia, la prima persona in lista d'attesa verrà accettata e riceverà una mail di conferma.
Le persone in lista d'attesa possono rientrare tra i partecipanti fino al 17 marzo 2024. Dopodichè la lista sarà chiusa e tutti coloro che non sono riusciti ad entrare riceveranno un rimborso del 100% sulla tassa di iscrizione.

N.B. Sarai considerato in lista d'attesa solo una volta pagata la tassa di iscrizione.

To reach the venue:
- By Train: any train directed north to Bolzano, Brennero or Trento should stop in Rovereto. The venue is 500m away from the train station, just follow the street in front of the station.
- By Car: take the A22 Brennero-Modena and exit at Rovereto Nord or Rovereto Sud. There are some paid and free parkings all over Rovereto.

Per raggiungere la venue:
- In Treno: tutti i treni che vanno verso nord diretti per Bolzano, Brennero o Trento dovrebbero fermarsi a Rovereto. La venue si trova a 500 metri di distanza dalla stazione dei treni, per raggiungerla basta seguire la strada di fronte alla stazione.
- In Macchina: prendere la A22 Brennero-Modena e uscire a Rovereto Nord o Rovereto Sud, in base alla direzione da cui venite. Nel paese si trovano parcheggi gratis e a pagamento.

What is it?

• Equipment: We provide stopwatches, stackmat timers, mats, displays, and all the necessary equipment to organize great speedcubing event.
• Consulting: We offer our knowledge and experience about the world of speedcubing and Rubik's Cubes
• Diffusion: We promote and publicize events of local communities related to speedcubing.
• Support: We help organizers throughout the whole organization process.

The competition is officially recognized by the World Cube Association, therefore competitors are required to know the WCA Regulations.
All the competitors must be available to help during the competition. This means that if required, they'll have to act as judges or scramblers.
During the competition competitors will be divided into groups.

La competizione è ufficialmente riconosciuta dalla World Cube Association, quindi i partecipanti sono tenuti a conoscere il Regolamento WCA.
Tutti i concorrenti devono essere disponibili per aiutare durante la competizione. Ciò significa che, se necessario, dovranno rendersi disponibili come giudici o scrambler.
Durante la competizione i concorrenti saranno divisi in gruppi.
