The base registration fee for this competition is $25 (United States Dollar).
If your registration is cancelled before Saturday, November 16, 2019 at 12:00 AM UTC you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.

This competition is FREE for Stony Brook University Students & Alumni. Please provide your SBU Email ID in the comments.

There is a 15 competitor waitlist. We will close registration when the 15 competitor waitlist is full. If you wish to join the waitlist, please register and pay as normal. Payment is required to secure your position on the waitlist. If a competitor drops out, we will admit the next competitor from the wait list. Any competitors on the waitlist not admitted to the competitor list by November 16, 2019 will have their registration fee refunded.

You are entitled to a full refund of your registration fee, up until November 16, 2019, only under the condition that there is another competitor on the waitlist available to take your spot. If you cannot attend the competition, please send us an email letting us know. We will remove you and let another competitor onto the list.

The venue is SAC Ballroom A which is on the first floor of the Student Activities Center.

Parking is permitted in Any unrestricted lot on Weekends. However, please make sure to double check all the parking rules here

There is a hotel on campus, the link to which can be found here
It is about a 15 minute walk from the venue, or about a 2 minute drive. To get there from the hotel, take a left out of the parking lot and go straight until you see engineering drive. Take a right onto that road and go down straight. There will be a small lot that has free parking on weekends. If that's full, then exit engineering drive by taking a right. Go straight until the next right, then take the first left and you can park in the large lot right there. Exit the lot by going away from the way you entered and you'll see the venue.

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).

Cutoff

The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
