You are required to pre-register in the WCA website before paying online. If you haven't already, go here.

On-line Rates
Regular based registration of 100.00 PhP for STI students only (inclusive of a Certificate of Participation), regardless of competitive status, good for three events, and additional ₱50.00 per event.
Regular registration of 150.00 PhP for First-timers/Passive Competitors only (inclusive of Certificate of Participation) for one event, and ₱50.00 additional per event.
Regular registration of 350.00 PhP for Returners (inclusive of Certificate of Participation) for three events, and additional ₱50.00 per event.

NOTE
A Passive Competitor is any person who has a WCA ID but has not attended a WCA competition in the last 24 months.

(1.) For STI students
You may pay through Andrew Thomas Pacilan, Head Organizer, and student of STI West Negros University inside school premises with these contact details:

NOTE
You must present their school ID to prove that you are enrolled to STI West Negros University for the S.Y 2023-2024 and are still enrolled in the Current Semester.
STI students may also pay through these options below provided that they follow the instructions said above.

Stay tuned for cubemeet announcements through this Link. You may pay directly to any Negros Speedcubers Organizing Committee member.

For payments through GCash, you must send us the proof of payment/receipt, valid ID (for first timers), name of competitor, amount paid, contact number, and categories you are participating via our Facebook page Negros Speedcubers or email at negroscubers.organizing@gmail.com with this format:

If registration requirements are complete, we will reply with a confirmation message and approve your registration. No confirmation message, registration not approved.

NOTE
(1) Please follow the registration and payment instructions. We run on a first come, first serve basis. If the registration requirements are not properly followed until the registration period ends, your registration will not be approved and strictly NO REFUNDS.

(2) Payment sent on the GCash account without confirmation as Registration payment will be considered as donations to the account owner. Once again, please follow the registration requirements and instructions.

Registration for Foreigners

For Foreigners/Filipinos not residing in the Philippines, Please email us negroscubers.organizing@gmail.com on how to register online.

All Competitors
● As per WCA Regulation 1e2, you are obliged to officiate/judge upon being called. Failure in doing such duties will result in your disqualification from the competition at the discretion of a WCA delegate.
New Competitors
● For first timers, it is highly encouraged to familiarize yourself with the WCA Regulations.
● To accustom yourself even more with how WCA competitions work, you are required to read the WCA First-time Competitor Guide and/or watch this Competitor Tutorial by WCA Senior Delegate, Kit Clement.

● If you are still confused as to what the procedures are, there will be a live demonstration/tutorial before the competition starts.
● Have fun and don't hesitate to ask questions to the Delegate and Event Organizers.
