How to Change/Cancel Your Registration

Competitors can modify their registration through the Register tab.

Competitors can also change or cancel by emailing the organization team with the following information:
1. Intent to change/cancel registration
2. Desired changes to registration
3. Name (and WCA ID, if applicable) of the competitor.

In the event that a competitor cancels their registration, they will only receive a 75% refund.

The deadline to change/cancel your registration is March 30th, 2023 at 5:00 PM Mountain Time.

Waitlist Procedure

If registration fills up, we will place competitors on a waitlist. In the event a competitor drops from the competition, competitors will be accepted from the waitlist in the order we receive payment. Competitors can be accepted from the waitlist until March 30th, 2023 at 5:00 PM Mountain Time. You will receive a full refund if you are still on the waitlist by then.

The base registration fee for this competition is $20 (United States Dollar).
If your registration is cancelled before you will be refunded 75% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
We encourage everyone to register for the events they want to compete in via your online registration, however you may add events to your registration up until the event has started.
On the spot registrations will be accepted with a base registration fee of $20 (United States Dollar).
