WCAシリーズ大会
「Shonan AM/PM 2024」はWCAシリーズ大会です。
WCAシリーズ大会は複数の大会を一連のシリーズとして扱うもので、それらのうち一つにのみ参加できます。
複数に申込んだ場合は、申込完了日時が最も早いものだけを受理し、その他は無効となります。このページは「Shonan AM/PM 2024」の「AM大会」のページです。
・ Shonan AM 2024(このページでは「AM大会」と表記)
・ Shonan PM 2024(このページでは「PM大会」と表記)各大会の種目、ラウンド数、開場時刻、定員は以下の通りです。
・AM大会：3x3x3 キューブ 1ラウンド、2x2x2 キューブ 1ラウンド 開場時刻 9:10 定員80名
・PM大会：3x3x3 キューブ 1ラウンド、3x3x3 片手 1ラウンド 開場時刻 14:10 定員80名当日の来場時刻
AM大会については、必ず受付時間内の9:10から9:40の間にお越しください。
PM大会については、開場時刻の14:10までは会場に入れません。必ず14:10から14:40の間にお越しください。
※会場は一般の企業も使用するオフィスビルのため、会場前の廊下など建物内での待機はできません。参加費の支払い方法
参加費は受付時にお支払いください。
支払い方法は現金のみです。同伴・見学
会場定員の都合上、同伴・見学は承認制をとっています。
今大会の同伴・見学は1名まで 、つまり競技参加者と同伴者の合計2名でのご来場となります。申込時に同伴者の有無を申告してください。事前申請のない来場は入場をお断りする場合があります。申請の承認は申し込み期間終了後に来場希望総数を集計してから決定いたします。
希望者が多数の場合は年少者の保護者などを優先的に承認することがあります。あらかじめご了承ください。ジャッジ・スクランブラー等の役割分担
WCA大会では、ご自身の競技参加のほか、他者の競技スタッフとしてジャッジやスクランブラ―をはじめとした役割が割り振られます。個人ごとの役割分担表は参加申し込み締め切り後にお伝えします。
競技参加者が年少者の場合など、自身での担当が困難なときには保護者などに代理でご協力いただくことがあります。具体的な作業の流れを確認する時間を大会当日に設けますので、不慣れな方は必ずご参加ください。

Shonan AM/PM 2024 are recongnized as WCA series competitions.
WCA series competitions are a series of multiple competitions. You can participate in only one of them.
If you register for more than one competition in a series, only the earliest registration will be valid, and the others will be invalid.This page is for Shonan AM 2024.

For the AM competition, please be sure to arrive during check-in hours between 9:10 and 9:40.
For the PM competition, please be sure to arrive during check-in hours between 14:10 and 14:40. Competitors won't be allowed to enter until 14:10.

Guest entry requires approval due to venue capacity.
Each competitor may request bringing up to one non-competitor guest with prior declaration on the registration. *Guest without prior application may be refused entry. *Approval of your request will be determined after the total number of attendees requested is fixed after the registration period ends.
If there are a large number of applicants, gardians of minors might be prioritized.The roles of judge and scrambler
According to regulations 1e2 and 1f2, all competitors must be prepared to perform duties as judges, scramblers and other rolles required.
For younger competitors or those unable to fulfill these roles, we may ask parents or guardians to assist on their behalf. Staff procedures will be lectured at the venue.

There is a competitor limit of 80 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is ¥3,000 (Japanese Yen).
If your registration is cancelled before Friday, November 22, 2024 at 3:00 AM UTC you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Monday, November 25, 2024 at 3:00 AM UTC.
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until Friday, November 22, 2024 at 3:00 AM UTC on the Register tab.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Spectators are only permitted as companions of competitors.
Competitors may bring at most 1 guest.

特別な参加要件はなく、年齢、性別、国籍を問わず参加申し込みが可能です。

参加申し込み / Registration
参加申し込みは本ウェブサイトにて行います。
参加費は会場での現金支払い制です。
参加費の詳細については下の参加費欄をご確認ください。参加申し込みは先着順で承認されます。
この承認は実行委員会の手作業なので、数日の時間差が生じることがあります。参加申し込み時点で定員に達していた場合はキャンセル待ちとなり、参加承認されない場合があるので予めご了承ください。
キャンセル待ち状態の方は、参加承認済みのどなたかがキャンセルした場合に先着順で承認されます。参加申し込み期間の終了後、この繰り上げ措置は行いません。Register in this website to compete.

国内記録、大陸記録、世界記録を樹立した選手を表彰し、賞状を授与します。
The top three finishers in each event will be recognized and awarded certificates.
Certificates will also be given to the competitors who have recorded their NR(national record), CR(continental record), and WR(world record).

WCA 大会に参加すると、あなたの個人情報の一部（名前、国籍、性別）と WCA 競技結果を含むプロフィールがこのように公開されます。
（登録された個人情報のうち生年月日は非公開です。また、写真の登録は任意です。）

After you participate in your first WCA competition, your profile will be made publicly like this link, including some of your personal information (name, nationality, and gender) and your WCA competition results.
(Your date of birth will remain private, and registration of your photo is depends on your preference.)
For this reason, the WCA Delegate may ask you to present identification proof to verify your name, nationality, gender, date of birth that will be registered in your WCA account when you first join the WCA competition.

大会に参加する前に、以下をご了承ください。
- 18歳未満の方の参加には、保護者の同意が必要です。
- 個人情報の取扱は、WCAプライバシーポリシーに準じます。
- 参加者の計測結果、名前、国籍、性別はインターネット上に公開されます。
- 生年月日および連絡先は、本人の同意なく公開されません。
- 広報活動や記録を目的に、撮影した写真や映像を大会運営者のHPなどで使用することがあります。
- 各種メディアにより、大会の様子が撮影されたり、大会参加者が取材を受けることがあります。
- 大会の中止がイベント直前に告知される場合があります。
Please agree the following precautions before registration:
- If you are under 18 years of age, please get the consent of your parent before registration.
- Personal data treatment follows WCA Privacy Statement.
- Participant's name (full name), nationality, and gender will be disclosed on the Internet.
- Birth date and contact information will not be disclosed to the outside without the consent of the person.
- For the purpose of recording and PR, organizer may take photos / videos of the competition and use them on the website, SNS etc.
- Competition may be filmed, and competitor may be interviewed by some media.
- Competition may be canceled even after your registration is approved from some reason.
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
